When you buy a house from this company make sure you have everything in the closings documents and if the previous home owners haven’t moved their stuff out before closing. Don’t sign the papers! Don’t trust the realtor when he says we will make it right. Long story short I’m the one stuck with the cleaning bills because the realtor «made it right» by deferring it over to me to try and get paid by the former home owner.

Normally I wouldn’t respond to another reviewer, but spreading ignorance and deception isn’t ok.
Google Keller Williams and review their business model… it’s open for all to see. There’s no multi-​level marketing, there’s no getting other agents’ commissions. Keller Williams charges full commissions because they are the top recognized real estate company in North America (3 years in a row by JD Powers). When a company provides full service and nets their sellers top dollar and assists their buyers through the whole process, they get paid for it.
Most business models work this way. When a company is good and provides good service, they get paid. When a company provides discount service that doesn’t actually serve anybody, they can charge discount prices.
I’d strongly encourage anyone looking to enter the real estate profession to interview here, and anyone needing to buy or sell a home in Highlands Ranch to also interview here.
