I ordered Birthday flowers for my mom from this place. While I understand that things get a little wild on Valentine’s day, TD sent a completely different bouquet (much smaller than the one I ordered) with sad, raggedy flowers that looked like they were arranged by a toddler. I’ve seen better flowers at King Soopers. I’ve tried to contact the shop to complain — both locations — and nobody has answered. Sadly, I think this one is just a loss. What a pitiful business.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered flowers to be delivered same day … 3 days later, still no flowers. After multiple attempts to contact by phone someone finally answered. The woman who answered explained that due to weather they closed the shop and no orders were delivered. Shouldn’t the customers who placed the orders be notified that they were not going to be delivered!!! When I expressed my frustration she simply said «well your order has been cancelled». REALLY!!! Not a simple I’m sorry or would you like to still have the flowers delivered? Nothing! Also, their website states the delivery charge is $ 11.95 … I was charged $ 12.95.

LooI’mhorrible, do not order from them spent 70.70 dollars for not what i ordered they were a day late, could not get ahold of anyone till tuesday to see if i could get a refund no response back as if today 1÷22÷16 tried calling today with same nobody answers, how do they do business! flowers were par and some wilting when my daughter got, i could have done better going to king soopers and spending the money!!! to post this i had to give a star, which there were negative stars!

My out-​of-​state family very thoughtfully ordered a flower/​plant arrangement through FTD for my mother-in-law’s funeral to be delivered to our house for us to take with us to the service. The funeral was on Tuesday morning and my family ordered and requested that the arrangement be delivered the Saturday or Monday BEFORE the funeral. We received the arrangement on Tuesday afternoon. Furthermore, the arrangement was left on our doorstep on a cold, January day in Colorado. The flowers died and the rest of the plant arrangement is wilted. I tried calling TD Florist Design at the phone number on the card attached to the arrangement at 4:30 pm (the website says the business hours are until 5:00 pm) and there was no answer nor any answering service. I’m very disappointed and my family, who ordered the arrangement, feels terrible especially given they were unable to attend the funeral. I’ll be reaching out directly to FTD to share my experience. Hopefully FTD will reconsider contracting with TD Florist Design going forward.

This place has below average floral arrangements and even worse customer service! I would not recommend.
The provide sub par arrangements, that do not last, very low quality. If you order an arrangement over the phone, they don’t give you what you ordered or paid for, they use cheaper flowers.
I’ve seen better floral arrangements at the grocery store than what this place gives. When you call and ask to speak to a manager, there never is one around and you always get this lady that argues with you and doesn’t care. Worst customer service ever.

If there was less than one star I would choose that option. I ordered an arrangement for my mother and father in law through tele flora. The flowers were delivered one day early and included 4 carnations and filler. I paid $ 80.00 for a Christmas arrangement for my mother in law to place on her table for Christmas breakfast and what a joke. I tried calling the flower shop myself and no answer and no vm option either. If ordering online do not allow them to use this florist. They should be pushed out of business they are stealing from customers who use tele flora.

NEVER! I was visiting out of state and ordered flowers to be wired to Highlands Ranch, what I chose was georgous and perfect, what my SIL got was total opposite. I spent $ 60 including wiring fees & delivery. When it finally arrived at 5PM it looked like a second grader put it together. I tried 5 times to contact florist using all phone numbers given on site, no one answered, and the voice mail was full, not accepting any more messages!
Wish I had read reviews first. I will contact florist I went through to suggest not using this store again!

BUYER BEWARE: My mother ordered flowers for me through Tele-​flora, which used this flower shop. Flowers were to be delivered on Friday afternoon. At 5:30, they still had not arrived and the store was closing so my mom contacted them. They were finally delivered at 8:15PM. I honestly think they forgot.
The flowers must have tipped over because the filler paper and even the card with the greeting were soaked, ink smeared and could not read.
My mom was upset and embarrassed and told me that wasn’t even what she ordered. She ordered a deluxe but this arrangement was below super saver value.
We decided the next day to take them to the florist and get her money back. The manager/​owner refused. She couldn’t understand why we were upset. She said «they forgot to add carnations and baby roses but I can put some in there for you if you want.» We said no thanks, we want a refund. She said she could not refund us but we could call Tele-​flora and see if they would give us a discount. I told her no, I am getting a full refund. She said Tele-​flora wouldn’t give a refund but they may give a certain percent back.
As for her explanation on the late/​waterlogged delivery: «hmm. I don’t know.» She couldn’t have cared less. Horrible customer service!
We emailed Tele-​flora and had a full refund within a few days.
My tip to you would be get on Unilocal or Google, find a flower shop local to where you are sending them, and has many good reviews, and order directly from the shop.
One star given because I had too. Definitely not deserved!

Terrible. Arrangement isn’t what I ordered. They didn’t deliver to my fiancé, just left it at the leasing office. Didn’t call, didn’t knock, I had to call FTD to find my order. I was called by the florist who was VERY rude and VERY standoffish about how right her driver was. Terrible experience. Got my money back from FTD.

Teleflora used this florist to fill an order for my elderly parents. I paid a significant surcharge to ensure early delivery the Monday before Christmas. The florist is in Highlands Ranch yet their driver «could not find» my parents’ apartment in a well-​known, established adult living community in Highlands Ranch. I learned at 7 pm that the flowers — anniversary, new home, Christmas combined: important — were undelivered. After reiterating the delivery information I provided when I placed the order, I asked that the florist try to re-​deliver the next day. I did not want my parents bothered at night. The florist refused — yes, refused — to deliver the flowers the next morning, instead dropping them off after dinner on Tuesday. Unacceptable.

I went here today to get someone flowers who I was picking up at the airport after 15 days away. The flowers looked fine, not much to choose from. Out if curiosity I checked the Godiva chocolates on the counter to see if the previous reviewer was right, and lo and behold, they were lucky those chocolates expired three months ago. The ones that didn’t expire three months ago had an expiration date of a year and a half ago. They should read their reviews online and fix this.

Oh boy. The door bell rang and a 16 year old looking boy was standing on our front porch holding a basket. It was for my wife for Mother’s Day. The wicker style basket was filled with grapes, bananas, apples, crackers, sausage, and a brick of cheddar cheese. Sound good? Not so fast.
The basket was NOT wrapped in cellophane like almost every gift basket delivered in the world. The cheddar cheese, purchased from King Soopers was warm, yes warm. The sausage or salami was warm too. The room temperature fruit looked fresh, but without cellophane around it, I wasn’t taking any chances. I called the person who sent my wife the basket. She called her local florist who in turn called TD Florist. Next, TD Florist immediately returned to our home to pick up the basket and provide credit to the gift giver.
Based upon other online reviews, I’m not surprised by the third-​rate quality of the gift basket.

My brother sent birthday flowers plus chocolates to be delivered on Sunday. He ordered through FTD. They arrived on my birthday, Sunday, and I am sure he paid a premium!
The flowers are lovely, the choclates were Godiva from valentine’s day, improperly sealed with only three pieces of scotch tape. They EXPIRED 6 months ago… I left mssg asking them to contact me. They did and promised to bring me new chocolates in the morning. They showed up at 9 am with the new box! Some chocolate company I have never heard of. Tasted one, seemed a little soft on the outside, hard on the inside. Looked at the date… THEY EXPIRED MONTHS AGO TOO!
Please do not use this company. DON“T waste your money.
I am waiting to hear back from them. Not holding my breath.
