I was a little skeptical and nervous about acupuncture at first, but Theresa made me feel very relaxed with her personable initial conversation. She’s so easy to talk to and so genuine in her desire to help with whatever pain or challenges you’re having. She helped with my shoulder pain with cupping (uncomfortable pain, but worth it in the long run), acupuncture has been relaxing and a great experience, and she’s also recommended herbs for different ailments (cough, congestion, fertility) that have shown improvement so she knows her stuff! I highly recommend seeing Theresa and I have thoroughly enjoyed every acupuncture and cupping treatment I have had with her.

I go to Teresa for acupuncture. She’s helped a great deal with my headaches and insomnia. I’ve also gotten massages and find the therapists to be great. Everyone is very nurturing. Definitely recommend.

Love the staff at this Whole Health Center. Great group of people. I have been seeing Teresa for acupuncture since December 2014 to manage my neck and lower back pain (car accident related), and chronic sinusitis. She’s extremely knowledgeable and knows just what to do to address my pain and congestion. After acupuncture and cupping I can go weeks without pain and find my energy levels are restored… oh, and I can breath again.

Melissa is absolutely wonderful. I have fibromyalgia and my back gets so tight that I can’t sleep or function. Since day one Melissa has been able to massage the correct areas and I have fallen asleep on the table more than I can count. That has never happened to me before. She takes time with me before we start to find out what needs I have for the hour and instinctively knows what to do to give me pain relief. I am very grateful to have her as my massage therapist, and highly recommend her.

Debra Rapinchuk is my must see massage therapist. As part of the monthly massage program, I send my staff on a regular basis for her; give gift certificates and recommend her and the Whole Health Center team to my clients and friends. The facilities are easy to get to (and I drive from SE Aurora); are always clean; and the reception personnel attentive, friendly and very efficient to anyone who enters the front door. Highly recommended.

I see Teresa for acupuncture — she has changed my life! I have fibromyalgia and have been diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder. Not only have Teresa’s detox techniques and immense knowledge of reflexolgy helped me manage my chronic pain and ‘ups and downs’, I’m finally experiencing MONTHS on end with no relapse of symptoms. She advises me on healthy eating and other types of routines to keep me healthy and fit.

I am part of the monthly massage program and I often wonder why it took me so long to join. I absolutely love it! Life is too short not to get a monthly massage. I have been seeing Mary C. Here for about 5 months and always come out feeling better.

This place is great!!! Everyone I have met is super nice and comfortable. I have had several massages from Melissa and am now seeing Dr. Holden to cure my neck and shoulder pain: o). Fabulous!!!

I used to go to another massage therapist for years but she moved out of state and I had to go on a quest to find a new one. I tried several, some operating out of chiropractic offices and some from large franchise chains like Massage Envy. As with any individual practitioners the quality can vary tremendously and then there is the added layer of just chemistry and feeling at ease with each person’s style and personality.
Of the 6 other places that I tried I finally settled on my new massage place! I have tried 5 of the therapists at Whole Health and my favorite is Teri. Unfortunately she only works there literally one hour each week 3 – 4 on Sundays, so she gets booked up pretty far in advance. Every person has their own preferences for massage but I just like her medium-​to-​firm pressure and she does more long strokes rather than deep tissue hard pushing (though she will do whatever you ask). She is not listed on their website, you just have to know that she works there once a week.
The others I have tried there are Crystal, Bob, Melissa, and Taylor (he is also not on their website). All have very different styles and approaches to clients. Crystal is more directive /​education-​oriented and has firm opinions about what you «should» do. Bob is kind of new-​agey in that he does an odd loud outward breath meant to, I guess, help expel your stress and energies. But it just was distracting and weird. Melissa is my second favorite there. She is strong and also responsive to what you want not what she imposes upon you. Taylor is a nice young guy looks to be in his 20’s just starting out. He’s my third favorite there.
Their prices are pretty much in line with other good-​quality massage therapists, which by the way are LOWER than the poorer-​quality chain franchise places that I think are overpriced.

Thanks to Dr. Dempsey I now stand up straight and have no migraine headaches. Yay!!! Everyone should come and get work done! !

This has been the best care I have ever taken care of my self using. I was very sick with sinus issues for years and had finally had all I could take when I came to Stephanie. She has me making life changes that I have needed for a very long time. My sinuses are so much better and I have lost 7 lbs and I don’t know how many inches in 5 months. I don’t remember when I felt this good.

Stephanie is awesome! I have tried anything and everything to help me with my headaches and tight neck muscles and cupping and acupuncture is the only thing that I have found that actually works! Stephanie is attentive and really tries to learn about anything that might be causing you issues. She is somewhat aggressive with her cupping, which I like because it provides more relief! I now swear by acupuncture and cupping!

I went here In KC. Super service, tell her your needs and issues, and you will be worked on accordingly. I play roller derby, so she would fix any issues after games or caused by running or playing other sports. Always happy after wards :)

I’ve visited this facility for over the past year and have had treatments from Stephanie (acupuncture), Kayla (ART/​Chiropractic work), Massages from Mary and Diana and Dr Barker. As an athlete and multisport coach I’m well versed in all the treatments I’ve described above. From the front desk to the practitioners this facility is hands down the best in terms of care given and service provided. We refer our clients to this facility because we know that they will be treated well regardless of their ailment. I also like the fact that everyone I’ve visited is an athlete and understands the importance of maintaining overall health and fitness.

I have had three massages from Elizabeth, and she is the best! I like deep tissure work, and she really gets in there, hones in on my trouble spots, and works out the kinks like a fairy! I am seeing her this afternoon and am so looking forward to it. So, if you like a good, firm German-​style massage, ask for Elizabeth.

I went here when I was in town from New York visiting my girlfriends family for Thanksgiving. I went in for a massage thinking it would be a nice way to de-​stress and start to enjoy my week off. I was right! Kara took very great care of me and worked on my back and legs. It was an amazing massage, by far the best I’ve ever had and totally got me relaxed and ready for a week meeting family.
I told her about some pain in my wrists and elbow from work at the computer and she massaged that too — the recommended I come back for an acupuncture with Stephanie. I was a little nervous having never been ‘needled’ but wow — it was so good — I feel asleep! It was so relaxing — I woke up feeling incredible.
My only gripe is that this place is located in Colorado and not NYC! So jealous of anyone that lives near this place!
Highly recommend coming here! Can’t say it enough!
