Customer service is wonderful. My only complaints are them not paying attention to what work needs to be done and doing it in an appropriate order (ex. I went in to get a smart box put in for my turn signals to work to pass safety, they checked safeties first instead of putting the box in first so it took over an hour longer than I was quoted which sucks when you have kids with you), and when you make an appointment it doesn’t guarantee anything as far as time goes. They were great about referring me out if they couldn’t complete the work that needed to be done (they don’t do windshields). They are the only shop that I will take my car to. Love the convenient hours also.
