Jim’s work on my Mustang was just incredible. The hood shines so bright, it looks like a mirror. I am very pleased and will definitely be back!

Fantastic and prompt service. Couldn’t even tell our pets had been in the car, and the headlights looked new. Wonderful.

Jim really works his craft. His work on my BMW was outstanding — after years of trying different detailers, I’m glad to have found ATD Plus. Jim finds blemishes other detail shops routinely overlook.
As a one man shop, he has a bit of a backlog, but once he got to it, it was done when he said it would be, and he even gave me a heads up an hour before it was ready.

I was greeted by the owner and his dog, so right off the bat I knew I liked this place. It was frustrating at first to have to leave a message but we connected the very next day. If only the dog could answer the phone because the owner is busy detailing. anyway he let me know right away that this would be exterior only plus some vacuuming. I was very pleased with the results. I have a soft top 2006 Jeep wrangler and it looks brand new. The reasons I only gave 4 stars is because I took out the floor mat to shake some newly collected dirt off while getting gas the other day and they were clearly not vacuumed under which surprised me. The other issue is the hours M-​F 8 – 4:30 which are my exact working hours, however after visiting the location I would have defnitely felt comfortable leaving it the night prior and not having to miss work that morning.

Went here for the first time after purchasing a deal through Living Social for car detailing. I added extra service to have both the inside and the outside of the car detailed. Outside of having to wait a month to get scheduled to come in, I was impressed with the service. The car looked great both inside and outside. The gentleman who works there was friendly. He gave me a call to tell me that the car was going to be ready a half hour later than originally stated so I wouldn’t have to spend time waiting.
I will return. Just wish it was closer to my home.

I *adore* my Dodge Challenger & have been heartbroken to find various marks in the paint when returning to my car in parking lots — someone either sideswiped me or opened their door onto mine, leaving their paint as well as a dent (I’m confident that karma will work itself out, heh). I brought my car in and asked him to get what he could out. I was pleasantly surprised to find he was able to get most of the marks out; in fact I had to look really closely to see one at all!
He made no promises on if he could remove the marks, and then he overdelivered. I will definitely be back in the Spring for another detail. Very pleased!

took my black Ford mustang in on an amazon local deal. Had several scratches from car wash, for a very reasonable upgrade the scratches were removed. Looks like a brand new car, got a ton of compliments on it. Would highly recommend, very nice place to deal with. Had a question and left a message and was gotten back to promptly.

I used a living social coupon for half price, I upgraded to the silver package.
The car was in top form. Even my neighbor thought I got a new one. I told Jim I would give him a 5 stars review and this is it. You earned it. Good job. Oh, BTW, check in to Unilocal and get a coupon to get the second silver package for half price. I’m totally doing that

Wow, I just noticed that response. I guess I should have been clear. I spent over 1 month, probably a minimum of 4 phone calls trying to get the service performed. Calls were not returned, and later the phone number was either not in service, or not taking incoming calls. Use your judgement, folks…

My car wasn’t in terrible condition, as I’d only owned it for a year and a half and on a scale of one to disgusting I only fall around the 4 – 5 range, but it definitely needed some TLC that I had neither the time nor the patience to give it. So I took it to the tender lovin’ car folks at ATD to get it detailed. Dropped it off around 8:30, picked it up a few hours later, and was amazed to find my car looking brand new, with the gunk that had built up in the door pockets and steering wheel controls and cup holders (OK maybe I’m more like a 6 – 7 on the disgusting scale) all GONE, along with the coffee stains from my floor carpets and the thick layer of dust from my dash. It’s so purty! And of course it started raining when I left, but whatever wax they used on the outside has kept the rain beading and my car shining for a week of crappy weather already. Will definitely be back when my disgustingness inevitably creeps back up in a few months.

Took my BMW X3 in to get detailed with a Groupon this past Saturday. Got the Silver package and my car looks and smells brand new. This is impressive as this is the vehicle that we use to take my German Shephard to Camp Bow Wow in and it was hairy. Got a great deal and we will be back with our Lexus.

Avoid! As stated below, I have been trying to get a detailing scheduled with the use of a groupon. After waiting many months for an appointment, I took the day off (unpaid) and drove in rush hour traffic to find a note on the door stating it was closed due to family surgery. There were at least three other customers waiting outside for appointments.
While I understand that issues do arise, a phone call would be customary. The phone numbers listed were either disconnected or mailbox full. I sent an email to the owner and received a very curt response basically stating that his family comes first (understandable), but he didn’t have time to be looking up numbers and calling people.
Lesson learned.

I was SHOCKED how nice Jim got my Jeep! It had the «new car» smell and feel to it! He was also able to get rid of a couple of cosmetic scratches on my bumper, which I had just learned to deal with! Jim’s prices are superb and I have recommended his services to others — who have also recommended him… I didn’t use a Groupon when I went to him. Glad to help a small business owner.

I bought a lightly used vehicle and wanted to get it detailed by a pro. I got several quotes and went with the lowest quote. The address is located at a residential address, which I had no problem with. On my way to drop my vehicle off I notices a dead bug on the front center of the dash and told myself «lets see if they miss something that obvious». When I picked up the vehicle a couple hours late I could tell that it was waxed as it was shinned up nice. The interior was clean looking, but it seemed pretty clean when I brought it in. After I left and on my way home I looked on the dash and sure enough, that bug had not moved on the dash. The vanity mirrors, rear view mirror, and flip down mirror had obviously not been cleaned as there were finger prints all over them. They may have done a great job and just missed a few things, but when you see one thing after another it makes one wander what they really did do. I ended up cleaning the dash up myself and cleaning the dust and smudges off from around the gages which they missed as well. I think next time I will go somewhere else.

I’ve had two cars detailed by this company. For both of them, I used coupons from
. The first detail was of my wife’s SUV/​family car. Though the owner of the company arrived about half an hour late to pick up the car, the work was done to a high standard and I was pleased with the results.
My second experience was suboptimal to say the least. This work was done on a recently purchased used convertible. The trunk was left dirty, I found old receipts and napkins under the seat left over from the previous owner that the service didn’t remove. There was dust remaining around the radio control knobs and dirt on the shift boot. There were also leaves and dirt underneath the convertible top which I ended up removing myself. This quality of work would be acceptable on a $ 30 quick detail at a local car wash, but not on a detail costing nearly $ 200.
