scam!!! should have been a zero star. totally ripped off!!! funeral flowers sent to another town for a dear friend. guess they didn’t realize i would attend the service. their customer service folks barely speak english. asked to speak to supervisor. was told he was too busy to talk to me. (too busy to talk to an unhappy customer)? doesn’t live up to their «customer satisfaction guarantee». she said if i emailed her supervisor it would be her that dealt with the email. not a local company. save your $$$$ rude & disgusting people to deal with.

The arrangement I ordered for a friends husbands funeral was beautiful! The flowers were fresh and bright and in a very nice basket. There were a lot of compliments on the arrangement from others at the funeral. I did pay extra to have the arrangement expedited for early delivery by 3pm as the services started then, they were delivered by 11am which I was very pleased by that. I will definitely use Avas Flowers for any occasion as they did a great job! Thank you Avas!

I went to order flowers for my grandma’s birthday from the website and was told my total was $ 42 which I thought was fair.
I got all the way through the end of entering my personal and credit card info and to the ‘Review Cart’ section only find an additional $ 13 was added (and mentioned no where else) for a «Handling Fee».
I felt totally duped and super annoyed my time had been wasted. I did not and will not complete my order as I believe the process was a total bait-​and-​switch scam.
