Boulevard Grill

Went to pick up lunch and I was in a hurry. I waited a sufficient period of time at the counter but no one came. I called out and no one came. I called the number on the menu, phone rang (I could hear it in the store) but no one came. I called out louder and some gruff guy showed up. I told him what happened and was shown the store phone & told I didn’t call the phone rang again and this guy says: see it works. I was offended and said never mind and turned to leave and another employee said loudly: don’t be an asshole. Don’t go here. These guys don’t understand that customers pay their salary and need to go out of business. I’ll be telling everyone at work so they’ll never come here.

I thought the food was just eh, and expensive for what it was. I got the appetizer sampler and it certainly wasn’t chef inspired or made from scratch. I had high hopes for this place because it’s connected to the trampoline park and was pretty disappointed.

While the kids were jumping I decided to get a bite to eat. The restaurant was very clean and the servers were pleasant but my Philly cheese steak was less then desirable. The fries were delicious and hot though. Will not be returning.

I tried the Boulevard Grill and loved the fresh made from scratch menu and the ability to customize my food selections. The all natural 8oz burger on a potato bun was fantastic and felt good about eating a burger with no by products pumped into it. The pizza is some of the best I had in Columbus all scratch made! I was greeted at the door with a young lady bright smile Jennifer was her name and she took great care of me and made it a wonderful dinning experience.
Thank you Boulevard Grill for opening such a fun place I will be back with my family

Decided to try while my son and his friend played at the trampoline park. My burger was burnt, my wife’s bread for her Reuben was burnt. I ate mine, she sent hers back. They said they were crediting my wife’s meal but instead credited the Reuben and charged for the replacement spinach salad which for some reason was served in a warm bowl. Only after talking to the manager, who looked like she was still in high school and explaining that typically you comp the person’s whole meal when their meal is awful did she reluctantly agree to comp the salad as well. Tried it once, will never be back. Service was poor, manager unfriendly, staff untrained. Good luck keeping the doors open.

I was very surprised at how good the food is! Chef inspired, VERY affordable and delicious! Perfect combo of kids playing and parents dining or dine with the whole family then play. :) Such a great place! Can’t wait to go back!

Service was horrible. The waitress had a really bad attitude. I have never had food that tasted so bad. It wasn’t just one bad meal, we ordered 2 appetizers and 4 meals and everything was horrible. We paid $ 70 for the worst meals in Columbus. Will never go back and the owner should do a complete overhaul.

We always try to support local businesses over chain restaurants. The menu looked promising, but the food isn’t very good. There was an error on the menu, it stated that every entrée includes 2 sides. When the check arrived, we were charged $ 12 extra for the side dishes. The server was a nice and the check was corrected. She said they know there’s an error on the menu. It would be wise to order new menus and tell people who are ordering side dishes they will be charged.

I work next door and I thought it’d be nice to check out the new restraunt in the strip. Went there on my lunch, which I only get a half hour. I went thru the doors for the trampoline place because it looked like the doors to the restraunt had a lock on them. I walked by a employee in the restraunt transfixed by the TV while she was doing something with the silverware, walked to the «wait to be seated sign» said out loud «Oh I guess I have to wait» loud enough for the girl to hear but still had to stand around awkwardly for a couple of minutes. I didn’t realize it was a actual restraunt so I decided to get a to go chicken sandwhich. I told the waitress that I was on a half hour lunch as I sat at the bar. I sat and played on my phone listening to a very unorganized kitchen and who I am assuming was the managers voice threaten to hit someone. With 5 minutes left of my lunch I finally get my food. I ask for a discount because of the wait and the waitress says she has to get her manager. She disappears for a couple minutes and I decide to leave at this point. I can’t eat my food so what’s the point.
Tldr; they are unorganized and very slow!
