Granite Transformations

We went to a home show and were interested in getting a quote. We left our name and number for them to contact us. In the meantime, we had a bad experience with another vendor at the home show coming into our home and decided the more «hands off» we could be with any vendor would save our sanity. So after they called, I emailed them saying who I was, that they had called and we had exact dimensions on our kitchen from our remodel and would that do for an estimate. Nothing. 2 days later we get a call again following up leaving a message like they never got our email. The hubby called and left a message, no return call. 3 days later the «final» call from them asking if we were still interested. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! He piggybacked on the email saying that they keep calling us like they’re not getting our emails and someone answers back that she checked and yes, we could email those measurements over and they could give us a figure. We were very happy with that. Until we never got a response after sending those measurements and asked for a quote asap as we wanted to do it soon.
This is no way to run a business. If they bumble and don’t communicate this much *before* I’m ever a customer, the decision is really easy to not become one.
