Performance Cleaners, LLC is a residential detail oriented window cleaning company headquartered in Central Ohio. We clean the inside, outside, track, screen, and sill of every window to allow the undistorted light to enter our customer’s world. Performance Cleaners was conceived in 1990 and formed in 2008.

Through windows are how we view the world and how the world views us. A clean and clear view of the world is what Performance Cleaners delivers.

Performance Cleaners, LLC also provides professional power washing services. We clean decks, patios, garage floors, home siding and sidewalks. We use a three step process to help your home look great for longer than 12 months.

History

Established in 2008.

Peformance Cleaners, LLC was only a concept in 1990. Put to the test in 2008. I thought we would be a small commercial window cleaning company and instead we are a residential window cleaning company. Residential business came easier, since I knew many home owners, and little did I know at the time that residential work is harder to find.

Residential cleaning customers want and need to trust us immediately since we spend about 6 to 8 hours inside and out of most homes. Most commercial window cleaners that I have met, have not been able to cross the trust barrier.

In 2009 we began to develop a commercial cleaning company called the The Janitors and officially created the subsidiary in 2011. The Janitors is our commercial cleaning wing. It is cleaning America from the bottom up.

The Janitors work 365 days a year and mostly between the hours of 12am and 8am. We are small so we only run about 120 man hours per week.

We have grown by a minimum of 20% each year.
