Ride 1 Powersports

We stopped in to Ride One this evening to check out a motorcycle my husband has been eyeballing for a while.
The staff here were the most pleasant sales staff I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with! They were never pushy, or pretentious. They were knowledgeable and they didn’t follow us around like a lot of dealership-​type sales staff does.
Terry was so nice, he showed us some great options we hadn’t considered and let us check out a couple bikes just for fun! He made us feel like our business was important, even though we weren’t looking to buy one of the $ 30k BMWs on their floor.
Tom was also friendly and chit-​chatted with us while we were waiting for service. My husband has interacted with him before in the parts department before and liked him a lot.
Most importantly, if we had a question they didn’t know the answer to, all of the guys here were cool enough to say «you know what, I’m not sure, but let me check for you,» instead of blowing smoke up our posteriors!
I genuinely look forward to doing business at Ride One in the future! It was such a great experience… I would go as far as to say it’s the best motorcycle and power sports dealership in Columbus.
