What you can expect from a Fitness Boot Camp, Yun Style:

4 weeks of camp. 3 days a week of intense, challenging, and fun group exercise

Time friendly. Only 30 – 45 minutes per class

2 weeks absolutely free to all new campers. «Try before you buy»

Specifically designed workouts that can accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Just do what you can if you’re a beginner. The more advanced you are– challenge yourself to get more done in less time. Always progress, never regress

Equipment that challenges all the muscles of the body. Kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands, medicine balls, bodyweight, Equalizers, heavy bags, and much more

Meet the Business Owner

Jason Y.

Business Owner

Jason Yun is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an earned Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports and Leisure Studies with an emphasis in fitness, coaching, and recreation. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-​CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Is a Kettlebell Athletics Instructor (KBA). Just recently earned his certification as a charter member to the Association of Professional Personal Trainers (APPT). Is a certified United States Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW SPC). Is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Has achieved his certification as a Youth Fitness Specialist (Levels 1) (YFS (1)) through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), and is currently working on Level 2 and 3.
