Adam Saffel – State Farm Insurance Agent

Adam has been my agent for almost 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier. They have fast, prompt service and really care for their customers. I feel safe knowing my husband and I are insured with State Farm. They make sure we get the best deals and give us peace of mind when we need it the most. I highly recommend Adam and his wonderful office.

Moved here from CA in May, very helpful at first, but now, the only replies I receive are «out of the office». I’ll be changing agents.

I had three vehicles insured with them. I’m a safe driver, never had a wreck in my whole life with over 600k miles driven. They never returned my correspondence for wanting renter insurance. I needed them to file some paperwork, as required by the state, and they failed to do so after telling me it was handled. I found out many months later at the DMV when a clerk said that my license was suspended. Just to fix that cost $ 70, and *no one* at this place offered to make right on their mistake. They spam you with so many letters in the mail about how great they are. The important letters have red print, just like ALL of their mail, wasting so much time to deal with all that paper. But they still tried to make contact with me to get more business from me. NOPE!

Adam Saffel has been my agent for several years now, and I trust him with every facet of my material life. You name it, this guy will insure it; And at very reasonable rates.
Can you get it cheaper somewhere else? Perhaps, slightly, if you enjoy being a number dealing with a lizard or a chick wearing too much lipstick. Adam specializes in personal, down to Earth service.
Bottom line: Adam Saffel State Farm rocks me like a hurricane!
