I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Hayes. The best experience EVER! I was very nervous at first to get the procedure done but he made me feel so comfortable and did not push me into anything I didn’t want. He listened and was very patient and was happy to spend as much time with me as I needed. He was the first surgeon I had consults with, then I went to 3 others and came back to Dr. Hayes and it was the best decision I could have made! The entire staff is awesome. My surgery day was fun! All the nurses were beyond nice! I met about 8 people with the nurses, staff, anesthesiologist and I would rate every single person a 10 on a 1 – 10 scale. They made me feel at ease and confident there was nothing to worry about. The procedure went great. I had no pain at all after. I read horror stories about how painful it was (granted I went fairly small implants) the only pain was from having to sleep on my back. Dr Hayes has soft hands and took his time which made recovery so much easier. My breasts look GREAT! I am so happy with the decision to pick him. All around great surgeon and does great work!

Dr. Hayes is a highly skilled, easy to communicate with surgeon. It is rare that you find physicians that are equally competent as they are approachable. His bedside manner is excellent and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes and will definitely visit him again in the future.
