I have nothing but Great things to say about this place. I needed a plug put into the floorboard of my Jeep Wrangler and Katie was Amazing. She crawled on the ground and pulled out her tools and installed the plug for me. They have also installed windshield blades for me in the past. They let you work on you vehicle in the lot, unlike AutoZone who tells you, you can Not work on your vehicle while on their lot. The wait at times may be long but worth it. They have never let me down.

What shotty service, I try and go back after I hear they fired the whole last staff just to find that the new staff is even WORSE. ZERO phone etiquette even after I asked the guy to please slow down I still couldn’t understand what he was saying, Looks like I will be going back to Autozone, Schucks and Knechts.
