History
Established in 2011.
Bungalow BBQ is a part of Bungalow Bread Co. It is owned by the Phillips family. It was started by Calvin and Cody Phillips. Both brothers have worked in the food industry for several years and have used that experience to create a menu that is delicious and affordable.

Business Owner
Calvin Phillips owes all of his culinary talent to his mother. As a wife and mother of 4, Connie Phillips was always making delicious food. Her lack of formal training didn’t hinder her ability to make common foods delicious. When Calvin went out on his own he missed the home cooked meals and started to attempt to recreate them. This ignited a passion for food and how it connects people. In 2007 he enrolled at Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. The tools he learned there gave him the confidence to make food for a living. Calvin believes that food is the one thing that connects everyone. He loves to share his talents with others and see the happiness it brings.
