This place is terrible. I went in looking for a sofritas burrito. They charged me for their 3.75 child quesadilla and added 2.25 for sofritas/meat. I then asked her why, because to add meat the menu says .50 and you charged me 2.15. She said it because it’s an adult one… whatever hat means. Then she brought it to me and it took it home. Once in opened it, I realized that it wasn’t even cut. Annnnd it was one tortilla fielded, how is that an adult size softias size??? Ugh! What a shitty experience. maybe they will give me salmonella with their crappy service

I love chipotle let me start with that we tried the app for the first time so that our food would be ready because we had our puppy in the car and our kids and it was hot my partner went in to pick up our order they didn’t have rice they told us 5 minuets which turned into 15 minuets are order was supposed to be ready at 8:45 we got it and 8:58pm and then they forgot our sauces :/pretty bummed maybe won’t do the app anymore will just come in and order. To top it off they didn’t have any salad dressing totally disappointed!!!

In general, I’m a fan of Chipotle(even through the E. Coli Outbreaks, the lines were short). I don’t know what it is about this location, but it’s horrible. I travel for work, so I have ordered at a well rounded number of locations from East to West Coast. Over the past two months the service and food have taken a turn. The three faithful customers in line are the only ones they have left. Here is the scenario: line is short, but it takes forever to order. The staff are like a bunch of space cadets. The rice is always at the bottom of the pan and chewy, the chips are stale and bendy, the cheese is dried out and the lettuce has brown edges. I don’t know what it is, but this place is broken.

Nothing much changed since my last review years ago. I go here because I like Chipotle and it’s the only one around. It still bothers me watching my food already made just sitting there on the counter. Getting cold… waiting… waiting… for 5 mins waiting for the other 5 pre-made orders waiting to cash out. HEYMANAGEMENT maybe you need two cash registers instead of another person scooping corn and sour cream. Move that person to a second cash register. That’s my suggestion. Food quality varies but it’s very good sometimes. On average it’s average… Customer service is decent for fast fast food. I don’t think they pay their employees enough to care. Price is a bit higher than the completion across the street. I’ve tried the«other» place and taste and customer service is about the same. The difference is its cheaper for the same quality food. And guacamole is free. Why is a little scoop of guacamole 2 dollars at Chipotle anyways? Still a customer. Just wish they came up to other Chipotle store standards.

About the only thing this Chipotle is consistent on, is horrible customer service. We always feel like we are wrong for ordering food and giant inconvenience to their day. Don’t dare ask for the salad dressing after ordering that was suppose to come with your salad! Management needs to start from scratch with this place.

This place is the worst chipotle we’ve ever seen. They consistently provide really small portions, and worse, quality of the meat is often subpar, shall we say. A recent barbacoa burrito my spouse had was more than 50% gristle & fat. Gross. Even after the recent closure of all their locations to deal with food quality training, or whatever, this place reopened and didn’t miss a beat at sucking. And to top it off, the staff just has to be surly to put it mildly. To order something at this location is like trying to shop at a luxury car dealership. Like we are somehow blessed to get their time to order from their magical menu. Anyway, if we ever eat at chipotle anywhere ever again, it sure as hell will not be this location.

I found a bug in my burrito I ordered for catering and they forgot my order, ruined my event. Never going here again.

Consistent and a great place to eat. The meat quality is really superb for a fast place to eat. The chicken and steak is cooked very nice. I got here about 3 times a week. I am slightly embarrassed about it.

Oh my gosh it was crowded! I was shocked– decibels off the chart, line out the door– quite the factory. Pros– cheap, customizable, and pretty fast to get through the line. Faster to pay and sit.(So long as you don’t end up in line behind some indecisive, disengaged teenage girl playing with her phone and not paying attention to the fact that she’s supposed to be interacting with the employees, the line moves fast. There are however, a surprising number of people that meet that description though). I love their assembly line/station set up. Very efficient. Chatter is minimal– the only exchanges really are questions like, «sour cream?» or «bowl or burrito?». Which is fine with me. Cons– loud. Super loud. Couldn’t chat with my friends loud. And the meat. It may be «local, organic sustainable» or whatever– but it tastes terrible. I had the barbacoa bowl-90% of the meat was just gristle/fat. Not ok. Would like a refund for that 90%, or at least a do-over. I was so dissatisfied with my food that I started to pick at my friend’s chicken burrito– but all of the meat was so charred and charcoal-like that that didn’t last more than a bite or two. I give them props for handling large crowds, but I’d rather eat somewhere else.

This review is only based on the fact that I had a coupon for a free burrito or bowl that expired MARCH1st2016. I was so excited to get my Barbacoa bowl for lunch only to get to the front and be denied for my coupon because«it expired already». I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure it’s not March just quite yet. I’m pretty disappointed. Still got the bowl but still man! Free food and I can’t even use it?! I wouldn’t even have been slightly ticked off if it wasnt for the cashier, Dayanna, who wasn’t very nice about it or give me a chance to ask why she wouldn’t accept it.

I don’t mind the food here. It doesn’t sit well, but it will do in a pinch or when a member of a party just NEEDS his chipotle fix. The staff are ALL unfriendly, unsightly(girl manning the register looked very sick, and staff members looked grubby in general), and gave you minimal amounts of food. It’s not a problem for me because I don’t need huge serving sizes, but they really don’t give you what you pay for! The«humane» meats they serve here don’t taste bad. But I do doubt they’re «humanely slaughtered». The tables and floors are consistently dirty. Again, the food is sub par. The staff, however, are AWFUL. Hire some real people who love to work with people. I know working in the food industry is draining, but I didn’t get a smile or a welcome at all.

every time i am overcome with suicidal urges i head out to the nearest chipotle and pray to god i contract one of the many diseases in their food or choke on a grisly mound in their burritos. «To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.» ~Friedrich Nietzsche

I eat here 4 times a week. The workers at this location are wonderful: conscientious, friendly and very efficient! Also, Chipotle salads are so tasty and fresh(better than anyplace else I’ve found) that I don’t need dressing, sour-cream or cheese. This allowed me to drop 35 lbs, and I’ve kept it off for several years.(no, I’m not a bot or Chipotle employee… I’m just a very happy, sincere, frequent customer).

I have been going to Chipotle for at least 5 years. I went there 1⁄29 and ordered togo for the family. It tasted very odd and never like it has before. With their reputation as of late, I was very worried. We had eaten half and we did not feel comfortable enough to eat the rest. The rice tasted like metal and the chicken felt and tasted very odd. Luckily we didn’t get sick but Im not wasting any money again. I am now afraid to try any Chipotle restaurants.

This place sucks! They are very frugal with Everything! They are all teenagers working here and they don’t understand the meaning of customer service. The music is so loud in here, they can’t hear your order, so you end up screaming it out to them. But it doesn’t matter what you ask for, they barely give you anything! I ordered a burrito bowl with only rice, chicken, corn and lettuce. The bowl was only half full! Half a scoop of rice, half a scoop of chicken, half a scoop of corn! I had ask the young girls to give me a FULL scoop of corn! Are you serious!!! And reading from the other reviews this is the norm! No no Chipotle!

Dirty, poor customer service. I’ve been into this location a few times, and must say after my last visit I won’t go back. As my burrito was being made I observed the counter where they prep it was littered with sour cream, lettuce, corn and beans. You would think they would wipe it down every so often so it was clean for each new item prepared. Nope. As they wrapped my burrito I noticed a lot of sour cream and salsa on the outside of the tortilla, neither of which I wanted. Once to the register I mentioned to the cashier about how dirty it was and she non-chalantly said they don’t have time to clean the counters when busy. There was lettuce and other food sitting all over the counter near the register too. Amazing how customer service is so poor these days. And for a place like Chipolte to be run so poorly that their employees don’t even care about its appearance is sad. Oh and i ended up with corn salsa in my burrito somehow even though I didn’t order it with it.

I go here on occasion when im in the area and usually it’s quite busy being that it is nearby a lot of things. Today was a different experience, it wasnt that busy so my gf and i shared a barbacoa bowl in which it was prepared well for us. i like to have it with pinto beans but she does not so we had it on the side and not in the bowl. Once the food was finished preparing the cashier was nowhere to be found! She later came out looking a little flustered and asked if we got the beans on the side. My gf said yes because of course it was on the side so the cashier charged us a dollar extra. I noticed this and explained how it was separate from the bowl. This is when she scoffed a bit and said very rudely that that was why she asked in the first place. The food was pretty damn bomb though TL:DR great food a cashier with attitude

There is no better fast casual than this, period. They are health conscious and go out of their way to make sure you know it. All natural fed meats. The lines go super fast. It’s truly a gift at how fast they can serve do many. Go for the bowl and save 200 burrito calories. I love the chicken. It’s spiced up just right and really has a kick to it.

No me gusta. Sabor muy pequeño. Most tasteless burrito I’ve had in a long time. Super small for $ 6.35. I could make a better burrito from the leftovers in my fridge. Seriously, I’m kicking myself for not getting up early and making a sack lunch. The barbacoa tasted like absolutely NOTHING! Blech! I’m only giving this joint two stars for speediness. If your stomach is churning from hunger and you have no where else to go, Chipotle is the place.
