Great place to contact if you think there’s a mouse in the house! They have a great plan where they keep coming back until all the little rascals are outta there! Michael, our mouse guy sealed up all the possible mouse cracks that only mice whisperers would know about and then suited up and crawled the underside of the house… a very brave young man. He was very knowledgable and friendly! Always did a fantastic job, and in the end… no creature stirring, not even a mouse! I would highly recommend this business.

We moved into our new house three years ago. I had never had ant problems in the old house. In this one, the problems started almost immediately. I tried all the home remedies and it only got worse. I drew the line when we had ants in our bed. I called and the folks at Exodus came out immediately. They were very professional and, considering all, not very expensive. I had no problems for a year. A year later I called and they came out and retreated for a very small fee. then no problems for two years. Again, they came out almost immediately. They were very professional and the retreatment was very inexpensive. I highly recommend Exodus.

In December I had a very harrowing experience with some little mouse houseguests that apparently felt that my townhouse had an open-​door policy to invade my kitchen and living room and clean up every single crumb, speck of food, or dropped tidbits from a cookie that a visiting baby had eaten. You know, «if you give a mouse a cookie»… they’ll want to move in permanently, hole up and pro-​create incessantly until you are over-​run. Well, it didn’t actually get that bad. I have never dealt with mice before and thought I could counteract them on my own with some traps and bait that I set out. Well, I drew the line when my boyfriend’s son physically laid eyes on one of the despicable pests and sent me a picture of it chilling out on my living room rug! The nerve! I was mortified and called Exodus after reading some great reviews. A couple of days before they came out, I found a hole under an air vent on the outside of my house that was an obvious entrance point for the mice. I covered it up and when Mike Timonen came out for the scheduled appointment, he sealed it up for me. He also checked under my house to make sure that there were not any other entry points that he might’ve missed. Instead of charging me anything, he told me to wait and see. If I had further mice problems, I could call them back and they would do the full service that we had discussed on the phone. There was one final mouse under my stove that I caught with a trap after that, and I have not had a single problem since. I was so grateful to Mike for his courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call them in the future if I run into any other pest problems.

Until recently I have never used any sort of pest control, however when spiders began taking over our house I knew something had to be done.
We were finding at least two relatively large spiders in our house every day, and there was roughly a 50% chance of one being on the ceiling of our bedroom when we turned the lights on in the middle of the night.
My girlfriend did some research online and decided to contact Exodus Pest Control.
Bryan (sp?) first spoke with us on the phone about our concerns and then came out to do a spider treatment. He explained why we had a spider issue, his methods for keeping them out of our house, why these methods worked, and what we could do to help keep them out of the house in the future.
We have found only a handful of spiders in the house since Bryan came out over a year ago, about as many as we used to find in one or two days. Granted, we had Bryan do a touch up at the beginning of summer just to be safe. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and highly recommend Exodus Pest Control to anyone with a pest issue.

If you want to get rid of those moles that destroy your yard, I suggest you hire Exodus Pest Control. I had tried (unsuccessfully) to trap some moles in my yard. I live next to Reed College and the canyon. Moles seem to love this area. I had trapped a few in the past years but this year I was unsuccessful. After over 15 holes appeared in my yard I finally called Exodus and Bryan Healy. Bryan came by yesterday and set 6 traps Aug 26^th. Today Aug 27^th I have 2 moles trapped and I strongly suspect there will be others. Great customer service and follow through. Can’t thank Bryan enough for his help.

If you are trying to decide who to call for pest help, I would highly recommend Exodus Pest Control! Bryan with Exodus is very personable and very professional. He takes time to first listen to your concerns and then to explain the whole situation. After it is all clear and you are happy with the plan, he gets right to taking care of the problem!
Additionally, this company is very quick to fit you in to their schedule. I called them in the afternoon about a yellow jackets’ nest I stumbled upon in my back yard and they were out the very next day! I was very grateful!
I have called Bryan in the past and each time he did a thorough job going above and beyond to help me with my problem. In the past, he helped me with an infestation of mice in my garage and my concern about a few carpenter ants crawling around on the house outside. Both problems were resolved, happily.
They also have very reasonable fees and do not try to gouge your pocket book so this company is a true value.
There is absolutely no one else I would call given the amazing service, fair costs, and efficiency. I trust Exodus Pest Control. I wish I could find other businesses (say plumbers etc.) that were just as awesome!

Bryan Healy gets it! He understands the concept of honesty, integrity, and customer service. Bryan spent the better part of an hour on a Saturday morning going through the attic of my house looking for «critters». He found that there were two squirrel condo’s and then came down and explained how I could get them to move out. Then he walked around the outside of my house and pointed out, based on the location of the condo’s in the attic, how and where they got into their new home so I could «close» the door. Bryan taught me that when it comes to squatters in the attic, squirrels are about the smartest foe there is. So, now I know what to do, and we’re on the path to get rid of our early morning noisy guests.
So how much did all this cost? Zero. When I pulled out my credit card, Bryan told me to put it away. He said that he didn’t really do anything for me. I explained to him that he had taken a half hour to drive over, an hour at my house, and then taught me what to do. I asked him again to let me pay. Again he said no, but just to keep him in mind if I ever have anything that he could really help with. Bryan for President!
Folks, this guy deserves our business and our neighbors business. It’s so refreshing to find someone like this that’s really out there helping people.

Some months ago, we had some mice in our house, and they seemed to had gotten in through the crawlspace.
I called up Exodus, and left a message. They got back to me very quickly, and came out the next day.
These guys are pros all the way around. They come out, dressed in good gear for the dirty job they have to do; they act professionally, show up on time, and charge a very reasonable rate given the number of times they came out to set and check up on traps.
They fixed up the problems they found in our foundation vents and in the garage door seal. We haven’t seen mice since.
I’d use them again without hesitation.

Had Bryan come out and help us deal with a mouse problem. Super nice, super professional, and downright honest and trustworthy. He never once tried to sell us something we didn’t need or some contract. We will use Bryan for all pest control problems from now on

I had Bryan at Exodus Pest Control come out a few years ago to spray for ants. I haven’t seen them since he showed up. Just recently, my wife noticed some flying bugs that looked like termites. After the level of service he gave me last time, I didn’t think to call anybody but Bryan.
He came out and told me that he could treat for termites, but he didn’t see any evidence of them. He suggested that this time of year, they swarm. What I probably had were a few termites swarming and looking for a place to camp. He educated me about termites and advised me just to keep an eye out.
That’s the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Bryan. He’s not out to sell you something you don’t need. He puts the client first and makes education his primary tool. He’s made a big fan out of me and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for Pest Control.

I have had Exodus Pest Control help me with a couple of insect issues over the past couple of years. I will echo the reviews before me. Bryan is personable, honest, on budget, and just very good at what he does. I love working with people who LOVE what they do. Excellent job Bryan!

Where do they come from? Marching one by one, hurrah, hurrah? I have never experienced anything like the ants of Oregon. A former desert dweller, I was taken aback when I tried everything, and I mean everything, including hundreds of dollars in chemicals only to be beaten by a creature that you can barely see without your glasses on.
It was then, beaten and humiliated, that I found Exodus Pest Control. Brian is very nice, came out and explained he didn’t WANT to sell me monthly service, he’d like to just fix the problem. He came twice, with the visits spaced a few weeks apart. Unfortunately for him, these aunts are horrible, and I ended up needing him monthly.
However, I read up on these ants and that happens. What is wonderful is that whatever he feeds them, they like it. They take it home to mama ant, and for weeks, we see no little critters. As spring comes on, I don’t want to see any of their little insect buddies, either. Who knows what grows up here if ANTS are this hard to get rid of.
When spot an ant, Brian comes right out. He even offered to come out on a Sunday once – I had to tell him it was not that big of an emergency.
I’d give it five stars, but we haven’t been with him long enough to see if he can actually ERADICATE the ants. I have a feeling in the next few months, he probably will.

Yellow Jackets! I had yellow jackets swarming under the eves of our front door. This was a huge concern because we have little children in our house as well as the houses surrounding us. I called three places and Brian at Exodus was the only one who understood that this problem needed attention immediately. He was able to come out the same day and take care of the problem. He was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable with him right away. He explained what he was going to do as well as explained everything in the end. In the end he found nests of paper wasps– which he recycles! Very Eco– friendly! His prices were/​are VERY resonable! I have already recommended this company to our neighbors and anyone else who had a «bug» problem!!! Way to go Brian! Thanks again!!!

Brian from Exodus came to my home to deal with an invasion of ants and spiders. He also crawled into my attic to deal with mud wasps. He was not a pushy marketer leading up to the treatment. He was on time, easy going, and explained what he would do and the cost. it matched what he’d estimated on the phone. He showed me afterwards what the treatment looked like and how it would work. The price was reasonable, and includes a f/​up visit in 2 weeks. His approach was much less high pressure than the bigger companies who tell you a deal is only good if you accept it as they are at your door and want to sign you up for a one year contract for ongoing pest control. I’d never hesitate to recommend Exodus.

Brian provided excellent information and immediate attention to my ant infestation. I’m now on a regular every-​other-​month treatment plan which is affordable and gives me total peace of mind. I highly recommend Exodus — you won’t find a better price or a better value!

I saw a swarm of black insects in my garage that looked like ants. I called Exodus because it was highly rated. Bryan answered the phone right away and said he could come out the very next morning. Turns out I had parasitic wasps – a beneficial insect and nothing wood-​destroying. Because there was nothing for Bryan to do, he didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend this company and especially Bryan! What a nice guy and he knows his stuff.
