We have bought all our appliances from Hutchins for 20 years, including all new appliances for our kitchen remodel. Aside from them being very competitive with the big box stores, their service and knowledge is impeccable. if you’re not happy, they’ll make it right. Skip the big box stores and take your business to this family own business, you won’t regret it.

Hutchins is a wonderful local company that really treats it’s customers like family. I bought a double oven and dishwasher at Hutchins and they came out and installed both appliances and made sure they worked well and I was satisfied with the results. They are priced very competitively and provide outstanding customer service.

The company I work for had the dishwasher go out in the break room and unfortunately for me it was my week of kitchen duty. We called Hutchins and they gave us a good price on a new dishwasher that was priced same as the local big box stores. A couple hours later the installers showed up and had us back up in no time. I plan on using them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends.

We purchased our refrigerator here less than a year ago, when we had ice maker problems they were very helpful. Later we found out that there were problems with several components and parts and repairs were 2 weeks out. Luckily, we called Hutchins and they were able to lend us a loaner until ours was up and running properly. We like to shop locally and support small businesses… we found a real gem in Hutchins. They are our go to appliance store and we can’t recommend them any more than we already do. They are the best! Thank you for being so customer service oriented… keep doing what you are doing.

So glad we shopped here for our new dishwasher! It developed a leak shortly after installation! We were under a time constraint and needed a fast resolution to this problem! Within a few hours of our call to them they sent out an installer… with a brand new dishwasher in tow… in case the leak could not be fixed! They installed another dishwasher! Now that is customer service!!! I’m quite sure we would still be waiting for a response from those «big box» stores! Shop your small local business, if you want great customer service… highly recommend shopping here! Great selection too!

We recently bought a new dryer from Hutchins. We really appreciated how upfront they were about the dryer features and price and were extremely helpful hauling out our broken dryer and delivering the new one. They even went through the trouble of calling us a few weeks after the purchase to make sure everything was working correctly. That’s superb customer service. We’ll definitely be buying here again.

I drove out all the way from SE Portland, and am SO happy I did. GREAT SELECTION for such a small store. I looked for a new refrigerator at Sears, Best Buy, Standard, and didn’t have luck anywhere. The sales person at Hutchins actually listened to what I wanted, and found many options in my price range. Also, the staff is super knowledgeable. Do you know why almost all side-​by-​side refrigerators have ice makers on the outside? Well, I do now!
After finding the fridge I wanted in my price range, size specifications, and color, they delivered and installed it ON TIME without incident. They even drove to SE Portland even though it was technically out of their delivery area.
I wish I would’ve come here first instead of wasting 3 days trying other places. Thank You!

Hutchins is a great place to shop. I’ve been in there many times to check out appliances and am getting ready to order a new refrigerator. Although I haven’t purchased anything yet, they treat me as if I spend all my money with them. GREAT customer service! See you in a couple weeks to finally order.
