Their local spirits selection is improving. I would like to see a dedicated Oregon/NW Liquor aisle like the Liquor store in Aloha. We have an awesome and unique distillery scene, I’d like them to showcase the fuck out of it. People in the burbs are slow on trends and could use a nudge to liquor made in our own city. In addition to their growing selection of local spirits, they are growing their variety of national and global craft spirit collection. Of note, they had a Polish«Bison Grass» vodka that I just fell in love with and did not expect to find it in Hillsboro. This liquor store does listen to demand. Tito’s Vodka from Austin is one of my favorites and the word is getting around. They stock it a lot more and have even started stocking the 1.5 L Big Daddy. This store also have an awesome clearance section in the front. I’ve scored some good deals from this section. It’s a long way to the next closest Liquor store. I am glad this Hillsboro branch is improving their selection. I would love to give them 5 stars if they were OPENUNTIL10PM! PSA: I think the Beaverton Liquor store by they 217FM and the bank’s Thriftway Liquor store are the only ones on the westside open til 10PM. It leaves a gaping hole that could be filled by this Hillsboro store. (whew I made it through without an OLCC rant)
