History

Established in 2002.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are the only dental specialists recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA) who are surgically trained in a hospital-​based residency program for a minimum of 4 years. Dr. Dhadli trained alongside medical residents in internal medicine, general surgery, anesthesiology and spent time in otolaryngology (ENT), plastic surgery, emergency medicine, and other specialty areas. Her advanced training in anesthesia allows her to provide quality care with maximum patient comfort and safety in the office setting. Being a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), Dr. Dhadli complies with the rigorous continuous education requirements and submits to periodic anesthesia evaluations to ensure that office procedures and personnel meet stringent national standards, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training.

Dr. Dhadli is one of the few dual degreed Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the country, both a physician and dental surgeon. Dr. Dhadli attended both Dental School and Medical School at Case Western Reserve University. Having graduated in the top of her dental school class, she is a lifetime member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honarary Dental Society. She furthered her training and education through a 5 year intensive residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesia at University Hospitals of Cleveland, OH, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital, and Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.
