I am here with just 3 machines working. It was closed till 11. Constant staffing issues. Bathroom not being cleaned at all. Normally if there is a line for the only working gold bed they put you in another bed. Not this time. Even called district manager to ask and was told no.
It appears old owner is gone. I’m not real happy. May need to terminate agreement.

This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. They trap you into a 1 yr contract and then provide broken down machines. The customer service is terrible. They tell you to go to another location if they have broken machines. They are over-​sell and under-​deliver. I have reported them to the BBB. Their customer service manager, Zach, refuses to provide any information about the company and is unwilling to release people from their contacts even while acknowledging they are not providing the service I purchased. I have to call him repeatedly and leave message after message with no return phone call. Worst «customer service» ever. I wish I could give them zero stars.
