History

Established in 2010.

A local family with 30 plus years of professional culinary and industry experience reunites to bring the Portland community a new hip and modern Pan Asian inspired restaurant serving fashionable cuisine.

The future of Wassabi’s success is what completes our story. The family behind the business is a group of individuals that have the same interest of cooking up a party. We have all traveled many paths in our lives and to each one of us a successful choice. Our many different talents led us across the states and joining various careers but we all share the traditional family values of being the best host in catering our own parties and events. We want to bring our natural skills of pleasing the guests and passion for food as an every day part of life.

The opportunity of bringing to life this awesome dining establishment will reunite a family back together to do what they do best: cooking, catering and sharing our wonderful hospitality.
