I needed to have termite treatment done on a house in New Jersey in preparation for closing. I spoke with Ed and they expedited the treatment the next day. They were a pleasure to deal with considering the fact that I am handling this 3,000 miles away and by phone. The price was reasonable and there were no additional charges.

I will preface with this by saying this is the first time I write a review and I did not even receive a service from Terminite! This review is highlighting the company’s attention to detail, industry knowledge, and most importantly their high level of customer service. My wife and I are currently closing on a home and required immediate assistance on a termite inspection on the property we were purchasing. We called Termite and spoke with Jessica who was extremely insightful and knowledgeable. She spent over 15 minutes walking us through the basics of the procedure and price ranges (subject to inspection of course). This relieved a lot of our fears.
We had a very short time line for the inspection (and closing) and required a visit to gauge remediation that same day! Jessica tried his best to accommodate and even tried scheduling a visit for the following day. Unfortunately due to our timeline, we were forced to proceed with another local exterminator that was available. In spite of all of this, Jessica called us that same day to follow up and confirm that everything was ok on our end. Now that’s what I call AMAZING customer service. Once again, even though we did not use his services, I am sure that anyone who is as passionate, diligent, and knowledge as Terminite is, will be sure to perform a great job.

We had carpenter ants since moving in to our house last year– I could see their trail from a tree close to the street marching right into our basement. Bryan came in the summer (though I’m only now getting around to reviewing– I really wanted to put in a good word for him) and did a very thorough inspection of the house and explained everything to me. In just a few specific spots, he sprayed something I KNOW you can’t get at Home Depot (though he assured me it isn’t toxic to cats– and they’ve been totally fine)… and I haven’t seen an ant since then. Who knew one could be so happy about pest control!
