I use to order delivery from this place frequently. Until recently receiving rude service from the individual answering the phone. They took down my credit card information incorrectly then insulted me then hung up on me. After I called back and insisted that the double check they had the correct card # etc. It was clear they took the information improperly. Instead of saying sorry and making up for their error, the man on the phone was still rude and unapologetic.
This place is now on my never will go back to list. After working in the restaurant business myself for 7 years this type of service is unacceptable. I hope you have a better experience;-)

I called to order delivery and the phone was answered by a man screaming, «GOLDEN DRAGON! WHAT YOU WANT?!» As I ordered he kept screaming, «WHAT?!?» «HUH?!?» And finally ended it with «ARE YOU SERIOUS?!» And hung up on me.
So that happened.

Decent typical chinese take out restaurant in the area! They open until 12 am, so you can always count on late night delivery! The price is pretty cheap and the food is above average. Ignore the service they give you because, hey– all chinese take out places are like that. They don’t always understand what you want and they want to take your order and get it to you within 10 minutes.
DEFINITELY TRY THE FRIED DUMPLINGS! The sauce and the dumplings are to die for! The mabo tofu is delicious too! Great vegetarian dish!

Very unpleasant experience with delivery.
Was staying at a nearby hotel and called to order some food. The lady who picked up the phone was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was screaming into the phone, «WHAT? WHAT YOU WANT! WHAT WHAT?»
I understand that maybe English isn’t her forte but what was with the deafening screaming? It wasn’t like her background was very noisy that she had to scream. Her impatience did not allow me to pleasantly convey my order to her. I found myself having to say things quickly and repeat because of her «WHAT? SOME MORE? WHAT? THEN?» impatient replies.
After that phone ordeal was over, the food finally arrived. The delivery guy was pretty pleasant so no complaints there.
What amazed me was the way they packaged the food. I ordered several different dishes and instead of packing them separately, everything was mashed into the same styrofoam box. (Which did I mention I had to spend 5 minutes removing staples from before I could open it?)
The food was nothing but slightly below average. Scallops were mushy and tasted rubbery.
I really regret patronizing this kitchen.
