At T-Byrd’s we make every effort to create our meals using whole, natural ingredients. Most of our menu is made in-​house, utilizing locally sourced products when available. Our meats are slow smoked over select woods and our sauces and rubs are scratch made. You’ll taste the difference

History

Established in 2010.

T-Byrd’s was established in 2010 as a small catering company. It expanded to a full service restaurant in 2013. We are located in the historic Skyline Drive-​In in Hilltop, also known as Hank’s Last Stop.

Business Owner

I have worked in food service most of my adult life. 7 years ago I discovered a love of all things BBQ. I decided to take the things I know and love and combine them into a business to work for myself. I try very hard to feed my family whole natural foods and want that to carry over into the restaurant wherever possible. I am truly living my dream and loving every minute!
