Will and Christi are amazing! I’m so happy I decided to work with Christi the few times that I have. She helped me with a variety of problems that other therapists just haven’t been able to do for me. I have been a massage therapist myself for over 10 years and I always look for the best therapists I can find to work on me and this is it right here! They work with you to find the target problems and solutions to those problems. It’s never where you think it’s coming from! Do yourself a favor and book with these two, they will change your perspective on massage and bodywork and a regular Swedish will never feel like it does the trick again. If you need major help with your body they will do their best to help.

Terrible customer service. They canceled my standing appointment an hour before I was due to go in and I was injured and looking forward. They did nothing to accommodate and worse, they seemed to think it was my problem when they canceled an hour before my appointment. They gave no excuse other than blaming me for not supposedly confirming an appointment I’d made weeks earlier.
As a massage, only work with Will, sure he’s a bit creepy, but Cristy doesn’t have the skills or experience to be charging what she charges. You can do better in Hilo and you probably won’t get screwed out of your appointment at the last minute either.
As professionals, they’re very terrible. No responsibility or accountability. If a problem arises, they make sure you know it’s your fault and not theirs and immediately wash their hands and call you inappropriate for having a problem.
They lack integrity, and will try to turn any problem of theirs into your problem.
There are many others that can offer better care, avoid these two.

Wow!!! I get massages pretty often and have come across really good ones and not so good ones. My massage with Wil was beyond amazing! It was a good pain to get to the areas that needed to be fixed. As a first time client… I’m very pleased and can’t wait to make my next appointment. Must try it for yourself… great first time client discount. Wil said I may be sore today because of the deep tissue massage, but I’m feeling awesome.
One more thing… looks like there is no parking, but parking is in back of building.

Sorry, but it was one of the worst massages I have ever had. I was in so much pain during the massage. I remember asking her to be gentle in the beginning, but that didn’t happen. I will never go back. Also the place is in a residential area, so the parking is a little difficult in very busy intersection.

Wonderful experience as a first time client. Will did an excellent job, and the pressure of my deep tissue massage was perfect. He even gave me exercises to do at home to help with some of my issues. Will definitely be a return customer.
