I had two tires changed on my Camry and I noticed they had a lot of cats in their office. I am allergic to cats… I get rash all over if I touch them or touch where they have been. The lady said they only had two tires at the time and will call when the other two came then I would have car alignment done same time. Well they came in after about a few weeks so we set up an appointment. I dropped car off at 8:30a and I waited at home. No call until I called them at 3:30p and the lady said I’ll check with the wheel alignment people and call you back. A short time later she called and said car is ready. Went down and paid alignment guys and asked «wow the car took that long to align??» They said no the car was finished right after lunch and I went over to tell them but they seemed busy because I would have called but I don’t have your number. OMG. I could have picked up the car so much earlier!!! Then I addressed the personality lady in the office she only just said Hmmm! No apology. She did mention I should have tires rotated every six months and do wheel alignment once a year. Do you want to schedule that with us… NO THANKS. I can’t wait for my car the whole day just to have my tires rotated. Don’t think I would go back. No Aloha at that place, just business and a lot of cat hair and cats in the office.

If you’re looking for tires or rims for your truck or car, there’s a possibility that they might have it in stock. Stephen is the person you want to see when and if you go there. It’s a family owned business so his dad is there and his mom works in the office. The shop is of decent size and they play with rubber all day long.
That shop carries and can even order tires like such brands as Toyo, Nitto, BF Goodrich, and Michelin just to name a few.

I was able to drop in on a Friday afternoon and drive away with a pair of reasonably priced tires in about a half hour, the office lady might not be as engaging as most customer relations personnel here in Hawaii but she was efficient.

I tried to support local but oh, what a Waste of my life… called the day before & office lady claimed they could do it, came in the next day after driving hour plus, agreeing to the type we left & she said they would work on it. By the time I came back thinking my truck was done, she asked me to «PLEASE WAIT!» as she plucked away on her computer, I stood there patiently waiting, waiting, waiting… eventually, a worker walked in saw her playing a some type of card game and told her what you doing playing cards, you crazy? As she looked up at me… in shock she was caught playing her cards as she told me wait, we then got the news… she said oh, never have your tires… try come back in 10 days, we go have them then. No phone call, nothing.
Just leave us waiting… with 2 kids… in the rain… Hmmm… thanks but we going Costco, no next time lady…& oh yeah, put your cat on a diet too, your killing his 20 lb. plus fat ass!

The guys were helpful and have a great selection of tires. However the lady in the office is rude and lacks customer service skills.
