Established in 1998.

Established in 1998 Line-​X Protective Coatings has served the Big Island from spray on bed liners to complete «Body Armor» applications, to trash can lids for our major hotels. If it rusts or corrodes we can help. Line-​X Protective Coatings of Hilo LLC has also been in the automotive aftermarket and is certified installers for SEMA (Special Equipment Market Association), ASE (Automotive Service Excellence), And support Hawaii’s BBB.

Maverick Kang born in Hilo, early age moved to the mainland and lived there for 20 plus years, finished school, always have been around anything that had a motor, raced moto-​cross, jet ski’s, & cars. Always enjoyed wrenching on his personal toys as well as friends. Hobby’s include Motorcycles, Scuba diving, boating, skiing, hunting, and anything outdoors. Other skills and education: Body & Paint, electrician, plumbing, mainstream polyurethane protective coatings, car audio, wheel & tire specialist, under body automobile specialist and much more.
