Specialties

We specialize in a variety of burgers made from local grass fed beef. We also smoke our own bbq brisket, baby back ribs & pulled pork. There are fresh fish plates, grilled fish sandwiches, teriyaki chicken or beef. Roast pork with gravy, kalbi short ribs, oyster chicken, crispy chicken, chicken katsu, chicken cutlet, hamburger steak, loco moco, braised pork chops, shrimp fetucinne alfredo, garlic butter shrimp with angel hair pasta. 1 lb Prime rib, 1 lb New York & 1 lb marinated tri-​tip steaks grilled to your liking.

Established in 2006.

The business opened as a lunch counter which was located downtown Hilo, next to the farmers market in 2006. The chef is a graduate of The California Culinary Academy.
