We are centrally located on Hilton Head Island and locally owned. Established in 2007, we serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in long-​term property and investment management as well as Multifamily Housing and Régime Management.

History

Established in 2007.

We started this firm after years of multifamily apartment experience to serve the local need for a professional management company to handle the long term rentals for Hilton Head and Bluffton. We have had great success improving cash flow and streamlining expenses for our investors. As a result we have increased rents and helped improve cash-​flow for our clients.

We also manage multifamily communities. We manage condominium and homeowners Associations and work hard to increase property values and community involvement.

Meet the Business Owner

Kevin Q.

Business Owner

Kevin has a background in a variety of multifamily housing applications. In 2003 Kevin graduated from Emory University and began his career in multifamily housing. He began working and learning from Julian LeCraw and Company, an Atlanta based Multifamily Manager and Developer. He worked onsite at two C Class 600+ unit apartment communities, and was involved with all operations at each. He advanced through the onsite positions to multi-​site manager for the Luxury Condo Group at a time when condo conversions were paramount. He oversaw projects from construction to move in as a multi-​site portfolio manager for JLC. In 2006, he moved to Hilton Head to oversee a condo conversion as for a 194 unit apartment to condo development on the Island.

Once in Hilton Head, Kevin saw a need for a highly responsive quality management firm to work with individual investors on their investments here.
