Description

Specialties

I serve homebuyers and sellers on Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC. My objective is to provide such outstanding service that my clients will rave about it. I am happy to give you my ‘island nickel tour’ to show you the different community possibilities, email you updates on new listings and price reductions that might meet your needs, provide a list of comparable properties to ensure that you know the market before making an offer and provide you with a tested list of island services to facilitate your home improvements. It is not unusual for home buyers to look for several years before purchasing here so please know that I will never pressure you to make an offer, when you are ready to purchase a beach home, I’ll be here.

History

Established in 2006.

I was a real estate agent for 9 years in Richmond, VA before moving to South Carolina and have been in business here since 2006. Although the real estate market has been difficult here for the past few years my experience in Richmond has allowed me to stay in business through the tough times. Perseverance and dedication are hallmarks of my business.

Meet the Business Owner

Cathie R.

Business Owner

I grew up in a small town in upstate New York, on the shores of Lake Ontario (thus my aversion to the ‘white stuff’, having lifted many shovel fulls!) My first move south was to Blacksburg, VA to attend VA Tech. I am an avid college football fan and enjoy texting football news with my fellow college fans from around the country, even if they are competitors, my husband is a Clemson Tiger so were used to friendly competition! From Blacksburg I moved to Richmond, VA where I worked as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Commonwealth Group. I met my husband, Tom, there. We moved to Charleston, SC in 1998 where my daughter Abigail was born. Our move to Hilton Head Island was in 2003. We have loved living here, the atmosphere is laid back and casual and no one is from here (the island wasn’t developed until the 1960’s) so there is no northern prejudice here. The scenery is beautiful, there are lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation and there’s always something fun to do.
