Established in 2010.

Chris and Maria Skrip purchased a new RE/​MAX franchise to serve Hilton Head Island. They purchased the Beaufort office in April 2007, so Hilton Head was the next logical step in covering the Beaufort County area in South Carolina.

Maria worked in Corporate America for the first 25 years of her professional career. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the RE/​MAX franchise for Hilton Head Island, Maria jumped on the offer. Excited about the opportunity the future holds for real estate, but especially in Hilton Head Island real estate. Maria says, «There are so many great buys on Hilton Head Island.
