Gray’s Heating & Air Conditioning

Cannot say enough good things about the people at Gray’s. I woke up on Christmas morning and discovered that the heat pump in the villa that I rent was no longer working. I very reluctantly called Gray’s, hating to disturb anyone on Christmas. Bruce was out there within the hour and reset the system. An hour later it was down again. The repair would require a new part which would not be available until Monday. Bruce was able to talk me thru reseting the system and said he would be out Saturday to check on it. He was and checked to make sure that all the resetting wasn’t damaging the motor. The part came in and on Tuesday Bruce replaced it and it has been working just fine ever since. Really wonderful service, especially during the holidays! A big thumbs up for Gray’s!

Highly recommend the folks at Grays Heating and Air. Fair prices, super friendly techs, and integrity I really appreciated.
We had a problem with our AC not cooling. Called another local company who told us they could not repair the system that it would have to be replaced. We found this kind of odd so we called Grays for a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue exactly the same except they offered to replace the part instead of the entire system. We were shocked. They looked shocked that the other company insisted on replacing the system. A new system cost 7 to $ 10,000. The replacement part was $ 1500.
So thankful for the honesty and integrity of Richard our technician. He was courteous prompt efficient and upfront with everything we discussed. We were so impressed that we signed up for a yearly service contract with them and intend to have them and only them service our unit from now on.
