I would have picked 0 stars if it was offered. I wish I never got involved with this company as their work is shoddy and laden with errors. Spent over $ 18K for a new unit and all new duct work. 3 days later my whole ceiling came down from a leak because they didn’t do the work properly. My attic now has a musty mildew smell that hasn’t gone away in 3 months! They don’t stand behind their work and I have had several other HVAC companies on the island that have pointed out their numerous errors. When I pointed out their errors they blamed my house as the problem. Yes it was my house that caused a waterfall from my attic. LOL!
They salesman James was like a used car salesman who promised the world and completely under delivered. He told me the unit I purchased would keep the humidity at a normal level and that I would never need a stand alone dehumidifier. WRONG! His unit couldn’t get the humidity lower than 73% on average… but the $ 200 cheapo unit from Home Depot does the trick just fine.
Bad service, disingenuous sales process and lack of standing behind their shoddy work. Run as far as you can from this company as my experience was horrific!

Had Eppersons check a/​c heating system because blower was not shutting off. Tech said it was thermostat and wanted $ 350.00 to put in a new one. We paid $ 100. For the service call and ordered a thermostat which my husband installed. The blower problem was not solved. We called a different company who did not charge to come out, only if they did some work. They found that there was no freon in our ac unit. Eventually found the leak. I called Eppersons to complain about the non thorough
Checking of our system which cost us days of dealing with service of 2 companies and delayed my husband from leaving town on time. They seemed confused and I never heard why the first tech did not do better. I have to believe they don’t spend the time needed to solve an issue. Never offered our money back even though t their company says satisfaction guaranteed. Would not recommend them to anyone.
I give them no stars.
