History

Established in 2004.

The Studio was created by Chef Paul C. and wife Lunonia C. in an effort to provide a unique, one of a kind dining experience to Hilton Head Island, SC. The duo certainly has created an original experience: The Studio offers fine dining accompanied by whimsical art, pleasant music and a jovial, lively atmosphere that you won’t find at restaurants serving such a high caliber of cuisine! The Studio is focused on providing an exciting, inspired menu and the international influences upon our cuisine are constantly changing. Come to the Studio and see what’s cookin!

Meet the Business Owner

Paul C.

Business Owner

Chef Paul Colella studied classical culinary arts at the Baltimore International Culinary College. However, his training began much earlier, coming from a family of chefs and restaurateurs. Through his creative techniques, Paul brings culinary influences from all over the world to The Studio, creating a unique, diverse and ever changing menu. After 20 years in the business, Paul recognizes the importance of accommodating special needs and dietary concerns of his patrons. Chef Paul takes pride in the fact that he creates and prepares all of The Studio’s menu items, as it is rare in the industry for the chef to cook, and not just oversee.
