The timeshare title department of Wilson Law Firm will professionally handle all aspects of the retitling or closing process you request, including title examination, title insurance, document preparation, resort fee estoppel letters, coordination of the closing, escrow and disbursement of funds, recordation of documents, resort notification and recorded document delivery. We also provide SC death filing and probate filing services for individuals and familes whose loved one passed away owning an interest in a timeshare property.

Business Owner

John L. Wilson, Managing Shareholder, has supervised and conducted timeshare title and closing services in the coastal areas of South Carolina since 1981. He holds a BS in Administrative Management, with Honor, from Clemson University (1978) and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina, School of Law (1981). Mr. Wilson concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate, probate, mediation, estate planing and business law. Admitted to the SC Bar in 1981, he is admitted to the US District Court, US Court of Appeals for the 4^th Circuit, US Tax Court and the US Supreme Court. Mr. Wilson, a certified circuit court mediatior, is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Corporation Sections of the SC Bar. He is a Past President of the Hilton Head Island Rotary Club as well as the Hilton Head Island Jaycees. He has been recognized as the Rotarian of the Year by the Hilton Head Island Rotary Club and the Rotarian of the Year out of 4800 Rotarians in the 78 Cl
