Coastal Connections was founded in February of 2002 by Kevin Kowal and has been servicing local businesses with quality staffing ever since. Coastal Connections has received the Reader’s Choice Award for best local staffing agency by the Island Packet and the Beaufort Gazette the past two years.

Coastal Connections was founded in February of 2002 by Kevin Kowal and has been servicing local businesses with quality staffing ever since. Coastal Connections has received the Reader’s Choice Award for best local staffing agency by the Island Packet and the Beaufort Gazette the past two years. Mr. Kowal has been in the staffing profession for over 20 years and started Coastal Connections identifying a need in Beaufort and Jasper counties for a staffing agency that offered superior service and staffing.

Originally from from Delaware Kevin Kowal moved to Hilton Head in the early 90’s and worked as a local recruiter. In 2002 he decided to start Coastal Connections to help local businesses streamline the process of going through the interviewing and hiring process.
