The staff was not helpful and rude. The spa is cold and sterile. I do not recommend this spa at all
The person answering the phone told me different information than the spas’s policy and it ended up costing me an additional $ 100. Not cool.

So it’s pretty much official I love love love this place! The results I’ve seen after just one session are worth the price I paid for all 6 sessions. If you haven’t already you should capitalize on the group-​on promotion. You can’t beat the results!

The people there are über friendly. I love the location and the spa is very clean and a nice mix of medical office and spa.

Well, my experience was very good, four stars for now until i have been to a few more laser sessions. But I thought the office was super clean, seemed pleasant enough for me. amd professional. Both the «reception girl» and the tech were both very nice and asked several times if i had questions or concerns. Gave a handout and clear instructions what to do and look for in the next few weeks. I also had a Groupon coupon and was not treated like a third-​class customer at all. We went over what I wanted done and she said «ok, great, you ready?» No, «oh that isn’t covered.» none of that. I thought Groupons description for what you are purchasing was pretty clear. No surprises here. So far so good.

I am very unhappy with the service my husband received in regards to his laser hair removal groupon. I made a purchase for a large area since he planned to get his back done. However, on his first appointment, the consultant described his ‘large back area’ as only 60% of my back. She said he would need to purchase shoulders too. She blamed it on Groupon’s description and was very unapologetic. I asked to speak with the manager or owner, and she said he was on vacation and there was nothing to be done. After three weeks, I finally got my money back from Groupon. He have since visited another spa for laser hair removal, and the full back area was not an issue. I am paying about the same price as the groupon at ABEO.
Also, they space out the appointments for 8 weeks but I have heard 6 weeks is more appropriate.

It’s at a great location, but the spa itself is small, cold, and it very welcoming.
The receptionist looks like she has had too much botox, and it was hard to read her expression. She didn’t seem pleased to have a new customer. She is also «the consultant», … She insisted that the 20 units I bought on Groupon wasn’t enuf.
After waiting 45 minutes, in a dark waiting room that was the size of a closet, they finally took me to a room for my Botox.
The tech doing the injection was very nice, …but I am not pleased with the results. It doesn’t feel like my other Botox treatments, I can barely tell I’ve done anything,…can still wriggle and make lines on my forehead… maybe their Botox isn’t as strong as what I am used to, and, I bought more units to add to my Groupon units that day… I won’t go back.

I wish they would answer the phones calling for two weeks now and no return call !! Very frustrated !!!

I just had my first visit here on Saturday and I can’t say enough good things … Make that great things ! First super clean literally was spotless it had that drs feel but the salon décor! I was greeted by Cynthia she was sooo nice, bubbly and very informative she went over all my consents page by page! She explained everything in detail, the waiting room was small but super clean and there was a variety of refreshments and magazines! Next I met Sara who was my technician she too was super bubbly and sweet, she brought me Into the treatment room and you guessed it super clean, she went over everything with me, she talked to me throughout my whole treatment which made it fly by!!! I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment I would def recommend it to everyone!!!

I have been to a few places over the years for laser hair removal with mixed experiences and results. When ABEO appeared in a Groupon offer, the price and convenience were too good to pass up, so I bought one. ABEO is located in the Hingham Shipyard. It is a stunning location, and the spa itself is clean and tranquil. The staff could not be friendlier or more professional. They really know their stuff, and I was told by one of the technicians that the owners make sure to regularly update the equipment. I had no idea other places wouldn’t do that, but it certainly explains the results I got. I had my lower legs done, and it was completely painless. My treatments actually felt like a massage, which those who have had laser hair removal will find crazy. It’s usually very painful, but the machines that ABEO use are designed to create a pain-​free experience. It has been a couple of months since my final appointment, and the results are incredible. I honestly don’t remember the last time I shaved my legs. I highly recommend ABEO Med Spa. They offer other services besides laser hair removal which I’m sure are just as fantastic.

I had a great experience at Abeo MedSpa. This was my first visit and I went in with a groupon for laser hair removal. The facility is beautiful and very modern. Cynthia checked me and also performed the laser hair removal, she was extremely friendly and sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The procedure was completely painless, I have had laser hair removal in the past and experienced much more pain. I highly recommend Abeo Medspa and will definitely return.

Just got Botox tonight at this spa… amazing, the staff was over the top friendly, and my service was a 10… I have been to many places but I can’t even begin to say finally a place that treats you like you should be treated…

I have had laser at several locations and this is by far the best. Lovely spa, awesome staff and they are thorough, dont rush and go over the area far more times than other spas which in my opinion gives you the best results. I am dying for abeo to do another groupon!

One of my friends recommended Abeo Medspa to me. I had been going to a plastic surgeon In Quincy in the past to receive Botox and Juvederm treatments. I was happy with the results I was receiving from my plastic surgeon, but I figured I would give Abeo a shot because my friend spoke so highly of them. I was just as pleased with the results and found the prices to be very competitive. The staff was very polite and helpful and the facility was spotless. I will definately be returning to Abeo.

I am pleased to be the first client to rate this spa. I am giving as many stars as possible becuase my experience was top notch. First, the spa is gorgeous. Tastefully decorated in earth tones, warm and inviting. I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist who showed me the entire spa. She gave me my paper work to fill out and sat me in the waiting area equipped with soft music, comfortable chairs, flat screen TV, and coffee, tea and water. I was asked to fill out many forms which were both for my protection and that of the spa. I was there for Juvederm XC which I had before but at a plastic surgeon’s office. The injector was Joanne who was so kind, sweet and professional at the same time — she made getting needles in your face much more pleasant. She was very careful to use the proper hygiene, assessed her work periodically and constantly show me the results in the mirror. I have to say the work I got done here was superior to where I had it done before. I had no brusing at all. I am not going to lie, it hurts and you are sore but as women we do pay the price for beauty and I found the perfect place to do so. I found the prices to be very fair as well. I was called for 2 days after my treatment to see if I felt OK and to see if I liked the results, again amazing is all I can say. I am going back next week for a «touch up» with the extra Juvederm I had left. I cannot say enough except g
