The ladies and gentlemen that work here in the morning are just totally awesome. They remember your order and ask if there are any changes just in case. In and out very fast, but I’m one of the people that are here when the doors open.

At first I wasn’t happy about this place because they often messed up my drink. But I give them 4 stars because I talked to the manager and after that I get really good service with one of the workers. I usually order more than 4 drinks everyday but she’s very patient to take my orders and make sure they do it right. Nice job!

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is so friendly and my coffee is always right. The only downside is the service can be a bit slow if there are more than a few customers. It’s still my favorite coffee place

Was hoping for a good coffee. Just got an average coffee from a barista who didn’t know she was making sub standard lattes. Ordered extra foam to hold up carmel drizzle on top. Didn’t see any when I looked. Barista looked over and said, «yeah it tends to sink». Poor thing very sad skills. Sums up the store really. Looks good but no underlying training makes this experience a less than average one. I guess that’s why I don’t come here often. Pity it’s very close to where I live.

Going for 3.5 star rating. Here’s why. 1) The seating configuration is traditional anti-social Starbucks. The window view is wasted with an 8 person conference table on the right and a two person tiny table on the left, next to the«accessories table». *Should have the comfy 4 chairs by the window on left and a 4 seating counter with high stools facing out. Then mini, tall 2 seater round tables as you enter. The banquet table is for Trump’s weekly firing. 2) Staff had as much personality as an unemployed clown panhandling at a highway exit. They made my drink fcuking perfectly, don’t get me wrong, but their ability to hold a conversation is on par with a bullet-ridden bucket to carry water. 3) The AC is on regardless of the weather and staff can’t touch it(unless its McHammer, then he can touch it). When the snow is 8inches or more, the AC gies off. With snow 12″+ the heat goes on? 4) The WHACK-A-MOLE game has had an OUTOFORDER sign on it for 4 days now. One venti iced coffee with coconut milk, please. Twelve minutes later, TWELVE my coffee came up. Now, when I walked in, the place was steady but not busy by any means, but as I waited for my very simple beverage, I noticed that no less than 10 of us waiting around for our drinks had accumulated. I even thought maybe they had forgotten about my drink but couldn’t even get the attention of any of the baristas. While I can’t assume the circumstances, a woman went through the line 3 – 4 orders AFTER mine and ordered 5 – 6 drinks of varying complexity(at least one frappucino and some other specialty drinks) and she got ALL of her drinks before my coffee came up or the gentleman in front of me got his hot coffee. I was annoyed that it seemed that somehow, her order had been put in in front of mine and several others. My coffee was fine and as to be expected but I was just so disappointed in the time it took and the lack of order going on behind the counter(I noticed one barista just sort of watching… perhaps he was training?) during a really busy time of day. I will also second the remarks of other reviewers that this parking lot can be a disaster. I almost saw a collision as I was walking into the store and almost got backed into by a driver as I returned to my vehicle. But the location or the inattentive drivers in a busy parking lot are of no control to the folks behind the counter so my two stars is solely based on the service I experienced.

Super friendly staff and speedy service! I really love this place. My only complaint is that the trash can outside is always overflowing(but that may not be their responsibility to empty?) and it’s unsightly. But the actual Starbucks interior is spotless!

As far as Starbucks best service in the area I go in early as 5 am and everyone appears to happy and are very friendly which says a lot. Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff.

Love this particular Starbucks! Hate trying to get in and out of this particular location, though. The staff is super friendly and I’ve always found this location to be rather clean. Most importantly, the drinks are made correctly and quickly. This is definitely one of the larger Starbucks in the area and there are plenty of chairs to relax and tables to use for your laptop, iPad, etc. Parking can get a little tricky and the weird 3-way intersection doesn’t help the traffic flow, either.

Friendly, efficient service. always try to get your order right. Large group of friendly regulars visit daily. Comfortable set-up Don’t know how some of the baristas stand a few demanding customers. They are not assembling rocket launchers, people… it’s just COFFEE and whatever! Would recommend this Starbucks over other in the area.
