Our scrolls and tributes offer a unique way to express appreciation, our invitations add personality pizzazz to your affair, and our hand made books will become treasures, handed down for generations.

Meet the Business Owner

Maryanne G.

Business Owner

Maryanne has been a professional calligrapher for over 20 years and has successfully managed her own business while attending to the interests of calligraphers and book-​lovers. She teaches calligraphy courses at Mass College of Art, manuscript workshops at North Bennett Street School, and group & private lessons in her own studio.

Maryanne is a published author. She wrote the beginner’s calligraphy manual, «Calligraphy: A Course in Hand Lettering», published by Watson-​Guptill. She also leads museum tours through the United States and Europe, leading her groups to rarely displayed illuminated manuscripts.
