I have never had a class I didnt love with Carla! Her flow is dynamic and very true to how your body moves. She is great at creating a class that gets you warmed up to pursue a deeper practice. I always find I am trying something I didnt think my body could do.
That being said she offers the modifications to create the class that is right for you. It is an advanced flow but she makes it available to anyone who comes.

I’ve been coming on and off for 3 years and the class always challenges me.
Carla gives great instruction, whether you are advanced or a beginner. She makes even pose approachable.
It’s a terrific balance of a physical workout and the spiritual aspects that yoga can offer.
