After having trouble with my Windows Phone and receiving no help at the Verizon Willowbrook store, I went to this store and found Dan, the store manager, very accommodating. He went out of his way to troubleshoot the issues. Thanks, and way to go Dan!

I bought my i phone at the Hinsdale location less than a year ago. I met Dan, the store manager and he was such a pleasure to work with. I referred him to a friend of mine and she had the same wonderful customer service… Today I stopped by on my way to work as I had a problem with my phone charging. He juggled two other customers and had me out there quickly. Again, what a wonderful customer service experience. I will refer him to everyone I know.

What you need to learn about customer service: A lot. The store was not that busy, but the two employees were busy with customers. One couple was buying a new phone, and the other couple was arguing with the employee about their service plan. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for one of the employees to look up, acknowledge us, even to say, «Thanks for waiting — I’ll be with you as soon as I can.» Not once did these people look around the store to see the number of people that were coming in after we did. There wasn’t a «take a number» system, which would have been helpful, as someone who entered the store after us actually caught the attention of one of the employees. The store hasn’t been open for very long, and perhaps the staff is going through growing pains. Really disappointing.
