Discount Tire Store – Hiram, GA

I am very disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived they said hello then commenced to do everything but ask me what I needed. I waited patiently for about ten minutes before deciding to leave. Of course as I am walking out the door they finally send some kid out to apologize. Fine. Ok so I give them a break and go ahead and get my tires from them. They told me one hour. So as hour 2 crosses I get up to figure out what is taking so long and this guy is like your car is done. Well hello im sitting right here! My thing is even if they called my name and I didn’t reply something I highly doubt happened cause I was sitting literally right next to the desks you don’t even do a coyrtesy phone call? Come on. Over all just badly managed. They need to get a system in place to make things run more smoothly.

I shopped at the Hiram location on 10÷27÷15. I was unsure about exactly what I wanted, but had a general idea. Both Adam and Caleb provided premier customer service! I’m blown away by the time they spent helping and patience they had with me while I made a decision. By the end of it all, I was very satisfied with everything, from wheels to tires to the smiles and helpfulness. This is how you build repeat customers! Well done!

I called and ordered a set of four tires on a Friday around noon. They didn’t have the size I needed in stock, so the employee said he would place an order with their warehouse and the tires would either be in on Friday evening or by noon Saturday. In either case, he said he would call when they came in. I never got a call. I called Saturday afternoon and was told that they were in stock. I dropped the truck off and went to do some other errands in Hiram. I was told that it would be about an hour and again was told they would call when the job was complete. Ninety minutes later, we drove past Discount Tire and my truck was sitting outside, they never called. Now the price was right, and the timing was right, but if they say they are going to call, I really gets under my skin when they don’t live up to their promise. It may be a small thing, but I consider it a big thing. lastly, they installed the tires on my White truck with the raised white lettering on the inside, not the outside, so now I have four purely black tires under my nice white truck; it looks like crap. I take partial blame for net telling them, but I would think it standard practice to ask at the time of drop off whether I wanted the white lettering inside or outside. I honestly don’t remember if my old tires had raised lettering, but when I saw the truck sitting in their lot, the tires stood out against the white paint dramatically. This was not the look I remember with the old tires. I will never purchase tires from Discount Tire again. Kauffman’s is right down the road and will price match, so the lack of customer service at Discount Tire is the deciding factor for me in the future.

Love this place! Anytime I get a flat tire they always fix it for free. They have very fast service, too. I love that they have a little coffee bar in the waiting room too. Great service though– and it’s nice that they’re closed on Sundays.

I’ve bought sets of tires for 5 or 6 vehicles here in the past and every time I leave Im in a great mood despite sometimes spending a lot of money… Tires aren’t cheap but the guys at this store have extremely good customer service and genuinely seem to be committed to helping me out as much as they can. The one time I seemed to have problems with new tires shaking, they insisted on giving me a whole new set with the same pleasant and friendly demeanor they always show. (It later turned out my truck had a u-​joint going bad so it wasn’t even a problem with the tires.) I have no plans to buy from any other tire store in the future! I wish all businesses had this kind of customer service!

Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. There’s not much price difference these days between shops so the difference is between the level of service after the sale. This crew has it down. While I don’t want to be in a tire spot often, I will enjoy working with an honest store.

Shopping for tires can be painful. I try not to be cynical and see commission motives and add-​on sales potential behind each conversation, but it is hard…

He did a great job walking me through the options, providing a great price for the selection made, and getting me out the door promptly… several days later– I still feel good about my experience. Once you determine the tire spec’s you want, you will find that there isn’t a big price difference in comparable items between stores. It will come down to who you want to do business with, or call upon if you need service. Calvin delivers exceptional customer service and I will return here for my future tire needs.

This Discount Tire provides the BEST several ever! Outside of all of the men being extremely attractive (LOL like for real), they are always so nice. Never pressure selling me on anything. Best of all, I’ve NEVER had to wait longer than 30 minutes to have my tires rotated AND they did it right the first time around unlike the one by my house. I drive the extra distance to go to this location.

After a horrible morning, I was greeted at my car with a smile and a promise to take care of me, and that you did! No trying to up-​sell me, your prices were better than Sams Club, your warranty is superior, and your customer service is second to None! Your entire staff was awesome!!! Kudos to whoever does your hiring! I hope you do everything possible to retain them as employees because they are what makes your business exceptional! You have a customer for life!!! See you next month, as we need new tires for our other vehicle, too:))

Couldn’t be more satisfied! Gus bent over backwards to help us out. The warranty is awesome have a nail in the tire if it can’t be fixed they replace it for the cost of new insurance! Great service awesome people I will continue to come here for years to come.
