Dr. Bowen has been my family vet for more than 25 years. He has always treated my pets as if they are the only ones he sees. He’s incredibly attentive, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. I’ve counted on his wisdom and insight for years when making tough decisions regarding the medical care for my pets. I have a number of vet friends who know him or know of him, and they all speak highly of his reputation in the industry. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

I have been using The Ark for 5 years now. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Dulaney is amazing he spends time with you answers your questions and never makes you feel rushed. My pugs absolutely love him. I trust his advice whole heartily! My Pugs all have had to go in for miscellaneous emergency visits and they have always worked them in for me. I highly recommend Dr. Dulaney for any of your veterinarian needs!

Would not recommend this vet to anybody. I brought my dog in for a check up since she had issues breathing. I felt like they didn’t take my concerns for her seriously. I called twice after the appointment and they didn’t answer nor pick up my calls. Finally after trying, she was brought back in and given prescriptions for kennel cough. I will not be using this vet ever again.

Stopped in today hoping that they might have time to shave the Giz-Meister’s paw pads and sani-areas. .. alas they didn’t have time to take him as a walk-in for grooming /touch up — but the staff was very friendly and offered to make an appointment.
I will give them a try the next time I am in the area.
