I needed help ! My car was making a grinding sound and it was 650pm 1-​18-​2016 and Pep Boys, Walmart would help look at my car because they were closing so I pulled into Goodyear Auto Center on Hwy 153 in Hixson there closing time is 7pm also but not tonight, April and Mike stayed over to look at my car and then make the needed repair despite closing time and helped to keep my 6 year old occupied and happy, My car is fixed and runs like a champ and a woman fixed it ! Thank you April your the bomb ! Mike your great also thanks for all you did to help ! I will return to this location for everything !!!

Dropped off the car to get new brakes and got same day service. Up front prices and didn’t try to pressure me into anything else. Gave me a list of services they provide and would recommend for my vehicles age and mileage. Very happy with the service and attention I received. Would recommend this location. I will use them again!

Ripoff. They draw you in with a 19.95 coupon then chargenyou waste disposal fee and get this, a SHOP SUPPLIES FEE!!! Got out of there paying over $ 28,
And the front desk woman was the rudest. Wont go there again!
