Established in 2014.

Business was closed for 3 years. Previous owner upgraded kitchen facilities and never opened. Our menu features quality food at a reasonable price. Kronos Gyros, Chicago Hotdogs, Maxwell Polish, Italian Beef and sausage, burgers and a variety of sandwiches and sides. our Garlic Fries will have you coming back for more!

I live a few houses down from this restaurant and I’ve only just visited. My husband ordered and asked a lot of questions. The owner was amazing at answering everything and I ordered a pulled pork with fries and my husband ordered the gyros plate. The food was amazing and we decided to go back a few days later. He got the gyros again but I got the blt. My bacon was burnt but we called and the owner set everything straight and corrected the problem. I’m giving the full 5 stars for Brickies Gyros because the food is amazing and no one is perfect. The customer service is great and the food matches! I will not stop coming here. Finally a great place to eat that’s not to expensive and it tastes amazing!

I have been in the restaurant. I was new to Unilocal that’s why it was way later. I walked in with my wife, we looked at the menu for about 30 seconds before you said the grills were off. It was at least ten mins before closing at 6? So please don’t call me a liar.

Sandwiches were very good. We were passing through town on our way back from Apple picking. Decided to check out the town like we usually do when taking a scenic tour home. The Mrs noticed the sign and a couple of cute Bistro tables out front and said «let’s check this place out.» So we did.
I had a gyros sandwich and my wife had the featured pulled pork sandwich. While we were waiting, we engaged in some delightful conversation with the local town folk. Very nice people as well as owners very friendly.
The sandwiches were very good and recommend to anyone passing through. Would return our next time through Hobart.

There are a couple of Gyro joints in my area, and Brickies Gyros is now my gyro joint of choice. I just finished up my Gyro platter, and it was fantastic. The meat had excellent flavor, and was very moist. Other gyro places in the area have meat with little to no flavor, and it’s hot or miss if it’s dried out or not.
I also requested grilled onions with the platter, they were grilled perfectly! There were 2 workers when I was there, neither was the owner, they were very welcoming and very helpful! They explained a lot of the menu choices to me and suggested a handful of different things I need to try.
I will definitely become a regular here, because again, the gyro was fantastic!

I just opened an office down the street and Bickies Gyros came highly recommend. I tried the special of the day which was 2 Chicago dogs and a fry for only $ 4.99 it was a great deal. The dogs were really good, decent size and the toppings were fresh, sports peppers were crisp, fries were really cooked and tasted great. I look forward to making this a frequent lunch stop. As Lana is a great personality and her friendly kind demeanor is sure to brighten your day
