Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is awesome! Get everything they offer you when getting a burrito, but be aware that you’ll pay $ 2+ for guacamole, this is a big downfall in their establishment. The employees will make you feel awkward, especially with how quiet the eatery is.

The food here is excellent. The service is fast but it can make you feel a bit awkward. The employees seem to be very weird and not really interact. Though I do believe that adding guacamole to adding burrito shouldn’t be an extra $ 2.11but Oh well. The need a bit more of varieties on the food and on the drinks not everyone likes coke and sprite as a soda. The restaurant is very nice tho. I have some minors complaints but Chipotle is good.

Good quality of ingredients, but the portions of my bowl were very small. I got almost the same thing as the person in line behind me, but their bowl was much more full. It was made by a different employee. Consistency is key! Just thought someone should know so that all employees are making everything the same.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle’s — what can I say, as the 4 stars say, «I’m a fan.» That being said, this one was a pretty standard location — clean, average in size, gave a decent portion of everything I ordered (meat included), staff was nice, and it took a normal about of time to get through the line.
That being said, I do think this location was a bit cleaner and quicker than most, but honestly, nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely visit again to satisfy my Chipotle craving if I were in the area.

Yum! It’s Chipotle, need I say more? Super convenient location on Washington St. The food never disappoints and is consistent everytime. I always get the chicken salad bowl or I’ll change it up and get tofu.
The staff is generally friendly. Ocassionally there will be a line and you’ll have to wait some time, I feel like they’re not used to the city lunch time rush like I am. Overall, very satisfied with the food and the service and I’ll continue going once a week!

BEST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER BEEN TO. When I go to other locations, it just doesn’t beat my home base in Hoboken! I go there once a week, and get the same thing– burrito bowl, white rice, double chicken, 2 scoops of mild salsa, corn, sour cream, guac and lettuce. They don’t skimp on their scoops and they’re always so friendly. The place is really clean. Sometimes the line is out the door, but it moves really fast!

I just reconsidered a negative review from back when Chipotle first opened in Hoboken. After several years buying from the competition, we tried Chipotle again, and it was wonderful! We had a chicken burrito and carnitas tacos. The chicken was better than the other place, and the carnitas was delicious. The soft corn tortillas are a great base for the tacos, such a nice change of pace. And we loved the guacamole. We will be back soon!

It was first time that I had a bad experience at Chipotle! I had a Veggie Bowl and all of their salsas and sauces were too thin giving me in the end a very watery non-​flavorful bowl ! Came here once and will not be coming back

Ordered for the first time at this new location on Washington Street and was absolutely delighted. I had a burrito and chicken crispy tacos — both excellent.
I like the fact that the food isn’t exactly what I call frat boy Mexican which you get a lot of in Hoboken. There are one or two exceptions of course — Taco Truck being the most notable. But for something quick and tasty and inexpensive, Chipotle is the winner.
The staff are young and bubbly, but even so a little more training might be a good thing in terms of their acknowledging customers standing in front of them — even if it’s «I’ll be right with you.» The cashier was particularly on the ball and was efficient and pleasant.
Addition: I’ve taken my review down a few stars after again having an annoying experience with the staff. Today I went in to an empty restaurant (there was 1 person plus me) and there were three staff members talking and doing other things as I stood there. I have no idea why the staff are so cavalier but it’s really off-​putting. I ended up leaving which finally prompted one of the staff to speak to me. Ridiculous.
An additional note: Went back today. The service was great. Quick, efficient, fantastic. The cashier seemed to be a manager and it showed. As always, the burrito was delicious. I’m taking my stars back up. I’m glad they fixed their counter staff problem because I seriously love this place.

This one is cleaner than most and fresher. They are constantly cooking and changing food. They staff works well in primetime and it in a convienant location

Holy CRAP!!! First time ever to a Chipotles, this place is awesome! Great price and a great burrito, I have no idea if all the places are as good as Hoboken but I’d have to think. Best value for lunch in the area. YES YES YES

Consistent in taste (fresh and delicious) and service.

I am glad a Chipotle has set up shop in town; competition is always a good thing. This particular location features all the options that are typical of the chain. It also has a lot of seating — big plus! If like chain Mexican restaurants, feel free to come here.

This place is my favorite lunch place in Hoboken. I never go to fast food places but this is the one! exemption. Super fresh, great taste & they use 100% natural meats (hormone free), working with small farmers. Another bonus is the super friendly chipotle team… great service and the place is super clean.
I always hv my chicken burrito for $ 7.50 & love the choices of sides they offer from beans, veggies, cheese, salad, tomatoes and more. All included in the price.

People there are friendly and clean.
I always order the secret menu ’ cuesorito’ its so good. Never had bad exprience with them so far.

Another food chain review, but I don’t care because I love Chipotle! This location is one of the better ones-​clean, lines move pretty quick, friendly employees, and FRESH FOOD!
Most importantly this Chipotle is generous with the amount of meat/​guac they put in your bowl. If I’m paying $ 2.10 for guac. I better get a good amount and they do just that! Only downside is the sodium is up the roof… but that’s what happens when you look into the nutritional facts.

The quality of the Chipotle food is pretty consistent throughout the chain so no complaints on the food quality here.
Two cons about this location:
1. They tend to skimp out on the portions they give you. I asked for more rice and it was basically a normal portion city size.
2. They do not know how to wrap burritos. I watched as they wrapped my burrito… THREE times. The guy asked if it was okay that it has a BIG GAPING HOLE in it. No, it’s not okay.

This place opened very recently. I have been to many other Chipotles. This one didn’t have a huge line and the staff were pretty friendly.

Same flavor and quality as other Chipotles. However, I didn’t get as much food as other Chipotles.

Friendly staff.

There. My wannabe Indie/​holier-​than-​thou self put itself out there. Now, on with the review.
I’ve used the Chipotle iPhone app several times for this place for pickup and I will tell you this: always accurate, ready when I come to pick up and served with a smile. The outcome is always better than Q-​tip-​oba and independent (weep) tortilla wrapped products (EXCEPT Taco Truck) in the Mile Square. In short, reliable, fresh, tasty and quick. Can’t complain.
