«A Chic, New Dining Experience, With Old-Hoboken/New York Style»
History
Established in 1991.
Vintage details such as the 150 year old clock, the stain glass designs that crown the expansive windows, the tiled floor and tin ceiling transport the restaurant back in time. Yet there is an appealing familiarity about what looks like — and in fact is — the archetypal neighborhood saloon, albeit one that doubles as a fine dining establishment. The resounding masculinity of the majestic antique cherry bar gives way to the cozy nooks and crannies of the main dining area to which soaring ceilings lend a touch of grandeur.
There is a dignity, a sense of generations and memories having been made. Dino & Harry’s Steakhouse exemplifies the phrase, «If these walls could talk!» In the hear of Hoboken’s thriving downtown, on the corner of 14th and Garden Streets, it is just a quick walk or taxi ride from the Path train and NJ Waterways terminal, and only 1.5 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel.
