My neighbor in the condo building recommended them. For a hefty price of $ 395, I was guaranteed one year warranty. I left messages many times over and no response except once a guy named Tony did pick up and said he would return my call… I haven’t heard back from anyone.
I am now using Paramount Exterminating.

I’m pretty sure this place has gone out of business. I’m a commercial customer who is supposed to be on a regular schedule. They haven’t shown for months but I conveniently get a bill in the mail every month. I’ve called in excess of 10 times and every time it goes to voicemail. Shocker… the voicemail box is full.

Go Green treated my house for ants last year and gave me a one year guarantee, expiring on May 17 of this year. The ants are back in droves, so I called to have them come and retreat. As of this morning, I have called seven times over the past week and a half and not only has no one ever answered, no one has gotten back to me. I don’t know if it’s because my visit would be free that they aren’t interested in getting back to me? Their treatment takes a couple of weeks to work, and I’m left with going with another company or trying to treat the problem myself. I wish there would have been reviews on them a year ago.

It’s been 4 months since we hired Go Green to help take care of our mouse problem. After 4 visits and poison in all of the rooms in the apartment, we continue to see signs of mice all over our apartment. And we have caught 5 mice on glue traps in the last month and a half.
The only solution they have offered is to continue to keep coming out and put more poison down on top of the existing poison and attempt to fill any holes with horribly unsightly and unprofessional foam. The exterminator, Lee, was the only positive experience about this company.

I called and got a call back w/​in an hour. Good start! I was told someone could be out by the end of the day. Better! I was told I’d get a phone call to confirm that. And then… silence. No call. No follow up. No way…

Contacted mulitple times after Luis came since we were still seeing Mice and never heard back. Luis also never returned for the second trip to seal up the holes in the apartment that were entry points for mice. Would NOT recommend anyone to use this service.
