Came across this service on Unilocal and this being a new service, I thought it would be giving good service in the initial few days.
Tried calling their number at 10:30 pm in the night. Agree it is a bit late, but taxi service is meant to be available all the time.
Going with my regular taxi guy. Moe you need to be available otherwise you will loose customers like this

I called based on the price on the websight. Apparently those prices went up by 5 dollars. I gave them a flight number, time of arrival, airline and when i arrived no one was there to pick me up.
When I called they had the wrong airline down and told me to head to the departure floor w/​my bags and that the driver would be there soon. After 2 more calls, and 30 minutes of waiting someone showed up with no clue of who his passenger was. After another few minutes he realized It was me. When i got in and told the driver where I was going he said, «I hope you know how to get there bc I have no idea.» I also learned that he was called to pick me up a half hour ago (immediately after my first call) and this was his first day. He didn’t own a gps either apparently. Why did I wait all of this time, I have no idea. Never again. Please don’t use this service ever.
